Sit upright.

Loosen your body and relax.

Take this time to let your thoughts slow down.

Breathe.

Note the rise and fall of your stomach as you inhale and exhale.

Sit up tall.

Either close or open your eyes.

Lift through the crown of the head.

Feel the weight of your body on the chair.

Breathe.

Feel your clothes against your skin.

Feel the play of air on your face.

Breathe.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Listen to the furthest sound.

Don't judge.

Let the sounds rise and fall.

Bring your listening back into the room.

Breathe.

If your eyes are open,

Focus on one thing and receive all its beauty and colors.

If your eyes are closed,

Sit with the feeling of your eyes closed.

Breathe.

Taste.

Breathe.

You are in the present.

Slowly come out of the meditation and observe how you are.
