I loved the flowing rhythm of the guitar strings which I felt helped me find regulate my breathing and just felt nice. I really appreciated the simplicity Lindsay’s script and his deep caring voice. Took this on my brain break between lunch and next study session and will add it to my faves for such occasions. Highly recommend 🌟💫✨⭐️✨ Thank you Lindsay for creating this lovely meditation 💛

Thank you for the body scan. At first I thought you weren’t going to mention my arms etc but you just drew our focus in an unexpected order. For me that was helpful to maintain my focus.
