Explore MeditationJen is an Asian therapist and the founder of LifeLoong Therapy, serving clients globally from Singapore and Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and works primarily with women navigating life transitions, high-stress careers, and the emotional patterns shaped by Mother Hunger and Asian daughterhood in immigrant families. Much of Jen’s work centers on themes such as childhood trauma and emotional neglect, cognitive distortions, performance anxiety, and breaking intergenerational cycles. Her therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and somatic-based practices, with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and practical, everyday skills.
