Welcome.

This is your time to relax.

Breathing in.

Where is my body holding?

Breathing out with a sigh.

I simply let go.

Allow this healing sound to envelop you.

Gently bring your awareness to your breathing.

Noticing and allowing.

How does it feel to breathe?

How does it feel to be here in your body?

Allowing now a deep breath in.

Just notice how this touches your body.

And breathing out,

How can you relax even deeper?

To release all the air from within you.

Allowing your breath to be natural now.

As I count from 10 downwards to 1.

Just notice your breathing.

And just notice yourself becoming even more relaxed.

Even more peaceful.

Even more calm.

When I reach the number 1,

There will be 5 minutes of these beautiful sounds.

For you to enter stillness.

And I will sound a bell to invite you back.

You will be deeply,

Deeply relaxed.
