This is Jaman Moss.
May this time be healing and soothing for you in this aligned and connected space.
Closing down the eyes,
Breathing in deep into the centre of your being.
Opening up the chest,
Dropping the shoulders back and down,
Letting the belly go,
Feeling your body expand and release,
Allowing the breath to fill all of the parts of your body,
Bringing fresh new energy in.
And as you release and let go,
Letting go of all that has gone,
Of all that has passed,
Arriving into this moment of centred prayer.
Aligning with our true nature,
With our heart.
As you breathe,
Visualise a soft ball of light,
Beginning in your stomach,
In the lower dantian.
As you breathe and feel the air rise and fall in the stomach,
Imagine this light warmly expanding,
Soothing and releasing all knots,
All tension,
All unease,
Any anxiety,
Worry,
Guilt,
Or any emotions that are not serving you,
Or any emotions that are wishing to be released.
This warm,
Connected,
Energetic space,
Energetic frequency of presence,
Rises up throughout your chest,
Opening and expanding the heart,
Feeling the healing energy cleanse and reset your nervous system,
Cleanse and reset the thoughts and patterns that were operating.
Imagine now,
At the source of all of creation,
Imagine this same energetic warm light permeating an infinite light,
An infinite glow like the sun.
Feel connected to that highest source of energy,
Lengthening the spine as you breathe,
Feeling the top of the head opening and receiving this golden light,
Cleansing and restoring the entire body,
The entire nervous system,
Connecting you to your true consciousness,
To the feeling state of bliss,
Joy,
Freedom,
Openness,
Happiness,
Manifestation,
And love,
The feeling state of endless blissful love.
Allow this prayer to permeate your consciousness,
To guide you into the heart,
To bring ease and comfort.
Thank you,
Great spirit,
Great mystery,
Source of all things.
I hold gratitude in my heart now,
I feel so much emotion and I let it rise and pass onto you.
As if I am letting go into an ocean of light,
As if I have come to a field where the light is shining over me,
In an awe I kneel down and I see with every part of my being,
I see who I really am,
I am more than I thought I am,
I am that I am.
I am one with you.
I am so grateful to be free,
I am free from suffering,
I am free from pain,
In my true nature I am boundless,
I am dwelling in the presence of God,
I am dwelling in the presence of God,
I am held in the energy of pure light.
Thank you for this earth,
For the trees,
For the waters,
For the birds and all of the animals,
For the mountains and for the seas,
For this life-giving sun,
And cleansing moon.
I walk lightly in this presence,
And I have great respect for all things on the earth,
Including myself,
For this wonderful body,
For the miracle of life,
For the ability to grow,
To learn,
To allow all of life to breathe and live through me.
Thank you for my beating heart,
For all of the food,
The plants and the fruits that nurture and nourish me.
I see all of my days in harmony,
Including this day.
I see my being radiating in the light of truth.
I am free from all craving and all aversion.
I am so full in the spirit of love.
I release and let go,
And I see I am divinely guided.
I offer my life in full respect to the highest source,
The most and every fibre of my being,
And the completion of love to live through me.
I am free from all pain.
I am held,
But is healed,
And my body is healed,
My mind is healed,
My relationships are healed,
I release and let go,
And I allow in all healing into this moment.
Thank you for making my life a success.
Thank you for the manifestation.
Thank you for giving me the most beautiful life.
I see it all now unfolding before me,
All of the beings I meet,
All of the places that I go.
All of the hills and the mountains that I will roam.
I know that you are with me.
I am guided back home.
In this knowing,
We are one.
I am guided to the right people,
For the right lessons,
To expand my consciousness,
For the strength and courage to let go.
As I see and remember the miracle of life,
I smile and I let go.
