Feel in your body right now.

Notice your breath in and out of your body.

Direct your attention inwards and see if there are thoughts,

Feelings or sensations in your body right now.

Observe what moves in your consciousness without judging.

Just observe curiously your consciousness.

Now direct your attention to the next thought.

What will be your next thought?

What is your next thought?

Notice where your consciousness is right now.

Again,

Direct your attention to the next thought.

What is your next thought?

And when you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes and come back to your room.
