Follow the breath in and out of the body.

Feel your face right now.

Feel if it feels relaxed or if you feel any tension in your face.

And relax.

Now try to tense your face.

Tense the muscle in your forehead,

Eyebrows,

Around the eyes,

Nose,

Around the mouth and jaws.

Keep the muscles tense.

And now relax.

Now let the whole fail grimace and let all parts of the face move.

Let them exercise.

Stop the movements and just relax.

Now try to tense all the muscles in the face.

Relax.

And grimace all the muscles in the face again.

Let the movements stop.

Just relax.

And follow the breath in and out of the body.
