Welcome back to the Sacred Beginner Series. As we move into Practice 2.2, we meet the spine because it quietly supports everything else. When the spine settles into its natural lift, the whole body follows. A gentle dignity. A soft awakening. We continue here so the rest of the series can rest on this simple, steady foundation. Thank you so much for sharing this practice with me! 🩵

Hi love,

Welcome back to sacred.

Take a moment with me.

Today we're meeting the spine,

The quiet center of your body.

No fixing,

No perfect posture,

Just noticing.

In a moment,

You'll hear a bell.

When it rings,

Let that sound begin your settling.

Nothing to do,

Just a gentle rising from the support beneath you.

Let your spine lift in its own way,

A natural upwardness,

Soft and steady,

The kind of ease that carries a quiet dignity.

Not lifted with effort,

Not held with strain,

Just a body remembering how to stand tall from the inside.

Feel the length of your spine from the base through the middle up to the neck.

If there is tightness,

Let it be part of this moment.

You are not trying to change anything,

You are simply allowing what is here.

I now invite you to a few seconds of silence and we'll end with a bell.

Your spine practice is done.

Thank you so much for being here in sacred space.

I am very grateful that we shared this moment.
