Start by finding a space that you feel comfortable and safe in and start to make your way into a seated or lying position.
Allow yourself to get comfortable and make sure that the spine is nice and long starting from the root out through the crown of your head.
Gently close your eyes already if you haven't and start to tune your attention inwards within your physical and emotional body.
Starting to become aware of yourself and your presence and the space you exist within.
Slowly start to connect your attention towards your breath and the way that it naturally interacts with your body by first observing your breath from a space without control and allowing it to be natural and flow on its own.
Notice the physical movement created in your body with the flow of the breath.
How the breath fills up space in your body on the inhales and how the breath softly escapes your body on the exhales.
Really connecting with that sensation.
Connecting the breath to the body through the physical movement and the interaction of your breath.
Really observe it.
Feel it.
Take a nice deep inhale in filling up through the lungs and expanding the chest open and take a nice deep exhale out.
Soften the chest and the belly as the breath releases.
Breathe in nice and deep.
Fill up and exhale release.
Let it go.
Breath in and breath out.
Release the breath.
Allow it to come back to its natural state and start to shift your attention towards the subtle layers of your subconscious and mind space and start to focus on an intention you would like to set for this meditation.
With the intention being centered to something you are seeking to manifest into your life,
Start to really visualize what this looks like and start to see yourself already experiencing it.
Really getting into the details.
Where are you physically?
Are you alone?
Are there people involved?
If so,
Who are they?
Do you hear anything?
Do you smell anything?
What are you wearing and what are you doing?
And most importantly what do you feel?
What does it feel like to have what you seek?
And really tap into this feeling.
Feel it as if you are you are already experiencing it and let it grow and take over you.
Really stepping into this sensation.
Seeing yourself experience it right now and feeling it right now.
And notice if there is even resistance to fully accessing this feeling.
And become aware of where the resistance exists if there is any.
And rather than fighting the resistance or being harsh on yourself or having any resistance,
Allow the resistance to be there and bring awareness to it and see this as a way of direct opportunity for growth.
In breathing through any resistance as you start to tap really deep into the sensation of feeling of experiencing what you seek and what you want to manifest.
Breathe in nice and deep fill up and breathe out release let it go.
Slowly begin to release the visualization and release the sensations created.
Allowing it to escape your body and start to connect back to your physical body.
Reconnecting back to where you're at now to where you lie or sit within.
And take a nice deep breath into your chest space and a nice deep breath out of it.
Big breath in and big breath out.
Coming back to where you are now take a moment to bridge the gap to where you are now and to where you want to be next.
And think of one thing you can do today to move forward over that bridge.
Rather it be a mindset shift,
A new change in habit,
Maybe something that's been on your to-do list you've been putting off for months.
And just take a moment to really reflect and set that action step,
Set that intention of what you will do to move forward.
And notice if any resistance comes up here as well.
And breathe through it and trust in your process and trust that you will get to where you desire.
Take a breath in and take a breath out.
Know that what you seek is already available within.
The way in which you created that sensation of feeling what you desire is available for you to tap into any time as you go through your process.
That experience is already held within you.
Start to rub your hands together creating heat and friction and energy between your hands.
And then cover your eyes with your hands feeling the heat between the hands and your eyes and how it exists within that space.
Bring the hands down through heart center.
