Feel your body inhale and exhale and bring your mind into a state of calm and inner peace by focusing on the breath.
The breath is the bridge between the body and spirit.

Feeling the expansion of your lungs and lower back as you inhale.
If you notice any mental chatter which is normal,
Bring your attention back to the breath.

You're away from everything and all thoughts.
As you breathe in,
Feel the coolness of the breath enter and purify all the molecules of your body.
And as you exhale,
Feel the heat of any negative or unwanted energy leave your body,
Allowing you to feel the presence of your being in total peace and relaxation.
Allow yourself total peace and relaxation.
Continue to focus on the breath.
If you have mental chatter,
Allow them just to be and be a witness to them.
You can also count to five with every inhalation and five as you exhale.

Going deeper.
Now we'll scan the body for any tensions,
Starting with the crown chakra,
Looking down to their whole body.
Feel what it feels like to be here and now.
Let go of all the tensions and muscle tensions that you may carry.
Breathing in,
Starting with the top of your head,
Relax the forehead,
Relax the facial muscles.
Moving down to the jaw,
Jiggle the jaw back and forth.
Relax the jaw muscles.
And now we'll move down to the neck and shoulders.
If there's any tensions in the shoulder area,
Relax and let go.
Let go.
While you scan your body for any tensions,
Breathe in.
Keep going down to the chest area.
Breathing into the chest area.
Moving down to the hips,
Moving down to the legs.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Relax the leg muscles,
Going down to the calf muscles,
All the way to the bottoms of your feet.
Just breathe in and pick up your upper body and let go of all worries and any buildup tensions.
Relax.

Imagine you are in a tunnel of energy and you see a white light and you leave your past behind you.
You enter the white light and you surround yourself with this light full of love and protection.
Surround yourself with the white light.
Let go.
Let all things go.
The white light is beating like the pulse of your heart and caressing you.
It's the energy that is healing you,
Allowing you to connect to your divine self.
As you breathe,
Your breath expands,
Expanding to the other room.
Take another breath,
Expanding to your neighbor's home.
Visualize the white light expanding into your city,
Touching all beings and healing everyone.
As you breathe in,
The white light expands into your state or province and then throughout your country.
Expand the white light into the world and then the universe.
