Today,
We are going to call in the magic.
Doesn't that sound divine?
So recently,
As you know,
I have been talking a lot about the different ways to raise your vibration or to keep it high,
You know,
Like walking in nature or singing or dancing,
Keeping your vibration high,
All of that.
I've also talked about chanting and how that can keep your vibration in a higher place.
But today,
I want to talk about vibration itself.
So it's proven in science that everything is made up of energy,
Everything.
Like the food we eat,
The tree we sit under,
Our phones,
Our houses,
Everything in universe is made up of energy,
Including us.
Here's the fun part.
Everything I mentioned vibrates at its own speed.
Isn't that fascinating?
I don't know.
I find this whole,
I find the whole conversation fascinating about energy and because I'm not into science at all,
But this I understand.
So it's all pretty fascinating.
Anyway,
It's funny because actually in thinking about it,
If you remember,
If you guys are on any of those other social media platforms and there's this guy goes,
Everything is made up of energy.
And then there's always these beautiful trees and stuff in the background.
I love that.
Everything is made up of energy.
So,
But now here's the fascinating part of this whole thing.
Our thoughts and emotions are also made up of energy.
Life is energy.
So this energy then can be moving at a fast pace,
Slow pace,
Or anywhere in between.
That's just,
It's known,
Which is so great because it's not like just a theory.
It's proven,
But here's where it gets fun.
Our energy as humans fluctuates.
It can move fast.
It can move slow.
When we are feeling excited,
And this is a great example.
When we are feeling excited,
You know how like sometimes when you're getting into that excited place and you can actually kind of feel your body vibrating because you're so excited about whatever it is,
Going on a roller coaster,
Making a speech,
Whatever it is.
You can feel that energy throughout your body.
It might make you feel so excited that you shake if you've ever done that,
Right?
Or felt that,
Right?
That is the energy moving through you.
So Abraham Hicks talks so,
So,
So much about living in the vortex.
Now you know what a vortex is because we're running around and it's fast.
Vortex is that feeling of being in the zone for you athletes out there.
It's that feeling of being in the zone.
When you are feeling completely content with your life,
You're feeling alive and at one with the universe,
That is being in the vortex.
To live and stay in that vortex,
A place of pure happiness and joy and bliss,
It doesn't quite,
Life doesn't quite work like that though,
Right?
But as we know,
Like I say,
Life doesn't work like that.
Things happen.
You get into a fender bender or someone spills a drink on you or your boss rips up your report that you spent all this time on,
All of that,
That tends to bring us out of the excitement place,
Out of the vortex.
That brings our energy to a lower place,
That place of maybe disgust with ourselves or depression or anxiety,
All of those lower vibrational emotions.
Now I've talked many,
Many times,
Because you guys know I love this subject,
About the different ways to keep our vibration in the higher place,
Like I mentioned before,
You know,
Like walking in nature or dancing,
Singing,
All of that stuff.
But I'm not,
So I'm not going to go there.
But what I am going to say is that just even recognizing that your vibration is in a lower emotional place and acknowledging it,
You have to get real with yourself,
Allows us to begin the process of bringing it back up to that place where we want it to be,
Where happiness is,
Where love is,
Where bliss is.
I know that word bliss just invigorates me.
And guess what?
Everything I just said is one of the secrets of manifestation.
We want to keep our vibration high so that we can manifest whatever we choose.
So we're going to meditate on this.
This is a divinely inspired meditation and it's one that is magic filled to me.
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
This is going to be a very easy to do meditation course.
How hard is meditation?
I can't believe I just said that,
But how hard is meditation?
So just sit and close your eyes and just listen.
That's all you have to do today.
No big chance to learn.
It's all good.
So let's close our eyes.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Today we are concentrating on our root chakra and the mantra that goes with the root chakra is I am.
So I'm going to guide you on this meditation and you can pick out one of these phrases that I'm going to say,
Or you could just listen,
But allow yourself to just sit in this beautiful root chakra energy.
Let's take a nice,
Another nice deep breath in.
Very slow breathing through your nose and hold it and release it.
I am alive.
I am truth.
I am joyful.
I am love.
I am alive.
I am powerful.
I am positive energy.
I am courageous.
I am alive.
I am peace.
I am gratitude.
I am happy.
I am alive.
I am high vibrational.
I am bliss.
I am positivity.
I am alive.
I am unconditional love.
I am forgiveness.
I am grace.
I am alive.
I am confident.
I am enough.
I am creative.
I am alive.
I am healthy.
I am open.
I am possibility.
I am alive.
I am alive.
I am.
