Namaste and welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert. Today is a very special day. We've got the new moon and the eclipse happening almost right now. The energy is I don't know if you're feeling it but the energy is already sort of for me it's palpable. Palpable. And if you aren't watching this live if you're watching it later if you're watching it some other time I hope that the energy still comes to you over the airwaves or whatever that is right. Today I want us to sink in to this energy and allow ourselves to feel it. Our mantra that we are going to be using today is oh this is so special. Om Mani Padme Hum. And the translation for that is praise to the jewel in the Lotus. And what's so great about that for today is is that when we have a new moon and we have the eclipse energy all of that is like renewal and it's rejuvenation and and it's it's about it's about doing starting afresh afresh I'm not sure that's a word but starting fresh. And that's what to me there are many sort of interpretations of this mantra. Om Mani Padme Hum. There's a lot of translations but for me the translation or the the idea of this is that if you if you know about lotus flowers they grow in the mud right so the mud is down on the bottom of the pond or whatever and then there's water and then you see this beautiful flower like amazingly beautiful flower right the flower comes out of the mud and that's what today is about releasing all of the mud in our lives and allowing it to just allowing ourselves to grow from that. That's so beautiful. We can consider ourselves the lotus flower. I have to tell you this energy is unbelievable. Absolutely amazing. So for the rest of the day you can always bring yourself back to this really peaceful rejuvenating energy.
