Let's begin our day with a little bit of happy talk and meditation in this short yet impactful podcast designed to infuse a little bit of positivity into each moment of every day.

I get asked so often,
Like a lot,
Why staying high vibrational is so important in manifesting your life,
Right?
Why is staying high vibrational,
Like what does it have to do,
Right?
So I thought I would do a hopefully easy to understand in short because of course we always keep this brief discussion of this and explain this a little bit today to those of you that don't quite maybe understand it.
When we decide that we want to manifest something,
Whatever it is,
It's usually something great,
Right?
We choose to manifest stuff like happiness or a new job,
A car or a better relationship with somebody close,
All of that stuff.
All of those things are good things,
Right?
Nobody I know would really want to manifest stuff like maybe losing a job or sadness or any other sort of unfortunate situation,
Right?
I don't know too many people that would do that,
Right?
But being high vibrational is about keeping our bodies and our minds,
The vibration of our bodies and our minds in a higher state,
Okay?
So but what is a high vibrational state then,
Right?
So here's where it gets really interesting,
At least to me anyway.
I've studied this for a long time,
Right?
The law of vibration,
It's one of the laws of the universe,
Tells us that everything is made up of energy,
Okay?
Our phone,
Our brush,
Our food,
Our clothes,
Everything.
Everything is made up of energy,
Okay?
So in terms of that,
Everything vibrates,
Right?
And that's like a law of physics,
Right?
I mean,
It's like everything has its own unique vibrational state,
Okay?
So now,
Of course,
I'm giving you this as a quickly explained version,
Right?
This is kind of an introductory explanation,
But I think it's important to understand the law of vibration as much as,
You know,
Because everybody has always talked about the law of attraction,
Right?
The law of attraction,
That states like attracts like,
But we need to understand that the law of vibration tells us that everything vibrates,
Right?
So we need to understand that first before we understand the law of attraction stating that like attracts like.
So because of that,
Then we can understand that if we allow ourselves,
Our bodies,
Our minds,
Right,
To vibrate at the level of joy or love,
We will attract joy and love.
It sounds so simple and it's logical,
Don't you think?
I mean,
It's kind of,
It's a logical thing,
Right?
So in terms of manifesting,
Then this is why when we want to manifest a new job,
We must consider and act as though we already have it.
We must vibrate at that rate of the job,
Right?
Feel like we've already have it.
Feel the feels,
So to speak,
Right?
That's how this whole thing kind of works.
And that is really the quick version of it.
It's really the quick version of it,
Right?
However,
This conversation obviously is so much larger than these few moments,
But the concept is actually really simple.
You know,
If like attracts like and you want to attract more joy into your life,
You must shift your thoughts to ones of joy.
I mean,
The concept,
Like I say,
Is simple,
But actually putting it into practice might be a little bit more of an interesting situation,
Right?
So like I say,
It's a larger conversation and one I will be getting into in future sessions and classes,
All that kind of stuff.
But for today,
What I want us to do is meditate on raising our vibration to that higher place,
Our individual vibration,
Right?
So if you want to attract joy into your life,
We must vibrate at a rate of joy.
Right?
So how do we do that?
Right?
So we vibrate at a level of joy.
What does that mean?
Right?
Well,
One way to do this,
And this is how we're going to meditate today,
Is the I am affirmation.
I love this,
Right?
I've used this many,
Many times.
What do you want more of in your life?
For me,
I always,
It always sort of gravitates for me back to joy.
I don't know why.
Even though I'm kind of a high vibrational person,
I love the idea,
The word,
I love the word joy.
Don't ask me why.
I've always loved the word joy.
So what do you want more of in your life?
Whether it's happiness,
Joy,
Content and peace.
A lot of people really especially right now with love,
More peace.
Right?
So when we use the affirmation,
I am,
That's how we,
If we,
If we use that affirmation and we say it over and over again during the day,
In our meditations,
In our life,
I am joy for me.
Right?
For you,
It may be ease and flow.
I love that.
For you,
It may be I am peace.
What is yours?
What is it that you create for yourself?
Like what is it that you want to create for yourself?
You know,
Peace,
Joy,
A new job.
I mean,
It doesn't even have to be just an emotion.
Right?
So that's what we're meditating on today.
And I,
And I,
And I hope that I under,
Or I explain that well enough for those of you beginners out there to understand,
Because it's all,
It's a simple concept.
Right?
It's just a matter of creating who we want to be in our minds,
Vibrating.
So let's get ourselves comfy comfy,
Cozy comfy to meditate.
Right?
Okay.
So let's close our eyes,
Get ourselves comfy,
And take a beautiful deep breath in through your nose,
Very slow and gentle.
Okay.
So breathe in,
Very slow and release through your mouth very gently.
Perfect.
So perfect.
We're going to do that again.
Let's take a nice,
Slow,
Gentle breath in.
And release.
So what is it that you want for yourself today?
Your affirmation of I am,
I am peace,
Or I am joy,
Or I am happiness,
Or I am a six figure job,
Or I am a new wardrobe.
It could be whatever you want.
You want to create what you want for yourself.
It's easiest,
Though,
I will say,
To create an emotion.
I am happiness.
I think that's mine for today.
That feels right.
You'll know what it is.
When you come across it,
It'll feel right.
I am happiness.
Whatever it is for you.
So as we sit in the stillness for just those few minutes,
Let's take our I am as our affirmation for the day.
I am happiness.
I am peace.
I am joy.
It's your choice.
Highly personalized.
So I will keep the time.
