Inviting In Abundance & Releasing Old Energy

The recent full moon coincides perfectly with the ending of 2020 and the beginning of the New Year. Let's let go of all that does not serve us and invite in that which brings us joy, freedom, and abundance!

Namaste. Welcome to In The Flow with Flurry Albert. So last night's full moon, Was that not amazing? It was so large and so amazing. And I, Of course, It comes right into play with the new year, Right? So full moons are a lot about getting rid of the old and shedding what doesn't work for us. But it also can mean allowing the space, Allowing the space to invite in new things, Right? So I was thinking about this, You know, And thinking about, Okay, So let's talk about this and have this be our meditation today. But guess what? It, It's like further than just a meditation. Meditations allow us to go within and get quiet with ourselves, Which is amazing, Which is what we're supposed to do, Right? But it, It's amazing to me because I was thinking of, You know, Shedding and, And getting rid of that which does not serve us. I was thinking about what that actually means, Right? It can mean anything from, It can mean anything from cleaning out your closet to, It could also mean to shedding toxic relationships. And I don't just mean, You know, Like romantic relationships. It can mean getting rid of toxic relationships that don't work for you, Regardless of whether it's an acquaintance, A friend, Or, You know, And I'm not saying just like throw everything away, Throw relationships away. But I am saying that I think this is a time of reflection of what is working for us and what is not, Right? So yeah, It's the full moon, But it's also coincides with the new year. Letting go of what does not serve us. But guess what? When you invite, Or I'm sorry, When you shed that which doesn't work for you, What are you doing? You're inviting in abundance. You're inviting in space for joy, For bliss, For abundance, Like I say. And I love that today because, I love that today because that's what, You know, It all comes into play with what happened a few weeks ago, With, You know, Bringing in, Ushering in the age of Aquarius, Right? That's what this is all about. Bringing in the new, Allowing ourselves to just bring in the abundance. Don't be scared of abundance. I feel like I'm really supposed to bring that home. Don't be scared of allowing yourself to bring in abundance. So many people are scared of all of that, You know? So many people are just frightened of success. I know that sounds crazy because we all sort of in some way want success, But some people are scared of that. I was scared of that, You know, And I work on that, Right? Because abundance can mean so many things. Abundance doesn't just have to mean money, Right? Abundance can be the joy in your life, You know? Recently I talked about figuring out what it is that you want spiritually for the new year, Right? What do you want for the new year? Well, What do you want? Do you want to bring in that abundance? And don't be scared of it. Don't be scared to be happy. Wow, That's kind of a huge thing to say, Right? Don't be scared to be happy. We are entitled to be happy. We are allowed to be happy. And when you take off that pressure of you know, Of well I have to do this, I have to do that, I have to be this, I have to be that. Taking off that pressure allows the genuine happiness to come. How's that sound? It's kind of deep. I wasn't planning on getting so deep today, But that's okay because that's what it's supposed to be. You know, And I've said this a thousand times, But I give up everything that I'm going to say to spirit. Please work through me, Speak through me. That's what I'm supposed to say. Don't be scared to be happy. Don't be scared for abundance. We're allowed to be happy. We're allowed to have abundance, Whether that means money or not. We're allowed to invite that in. Amazing. Love that. Love, Love, Love that. Okay, So we are going to meditate on all this. How's that sound? You know, I love this. I love this conversation. Because if we can get rid of the fear of all of that, That would be part of the shedding too. Shedding that which does not serve us. Let's get rid of the fear. Fear does not serve us in any way, Shape or form. Wow, That's huge. And I don't know about you guys, But that's like huge for me. Huge, Huge fear does not serve us ever. So if we get rid of the fear of the unknown, Get rid of the fear of failure, Get rid of the fear of whatever. That void, That space allows us then to invite in everything we want. And that's what this new year is about. That's what this time of year is about. I mean, It could be any time of the year really, But you know, We end up reflecting on it a little bit more right now. Right? So, Okay, So let's get ourselves comfortable before I keep talking too much. Right? Okay. So let's get yourself comfortable in the perfect place to meditate. You can sit cross legged with your feet flat on the floor, Laying down, Whatever works, Whatever feels most comfortable. And let's take a nice deep breath in really slow, Filling up our lungs, Full and release. Felt good to release, Didn't it? Let's do that again. Take a really slow, Deep breath in, Filling up your lungs to full capacity and hold it and release. Perfect. That's awesome. An instant relaxation. What are you grateful for today? As this year coming to a close and the new one just beginning, What are you grateful for? It could be anything from gifts you got for the holiday that you're actually using. It could be your health, Your family's health. It could be for a lesson that you just learned, Be it from me or from somewhere else. What are you grateful for? It could be grateful for new friends, Grateful for old friends. And as we consider everything that we talked about this morning, I want to ask one of David G's sacred questions that he likes to ask. Who are you being when you are at your best? When you are your best self, Who are you being? What are you being? Are you being compassionate, Loving? Are you being joyful? These are your qualities, Your best qualities that make you a better person. And you who you are. Make you joyful. So our mantra for today, I release all that does not serve me and say yes to abundance. So repeat that with me. I release all that does not serve me and say yes to abundance. I release all that does not serve me and say yes to abundance. As we sit in silence and repeat the mantra, I will keep the time. If you let me in, I will keep the time. If you lose, If you forget, Just go back and concentrate on your breath and let's begin. I release all that does not serve me and say yes to abundance.
