And discuss any and all things spiritual to learn and remove any stigma surrounding spiritual gifts,
Meditation,
Prayer,
And the afterlife.
Hi!
So,
Oh my gosh,
You guys,
Check this out.
I did something this weekend that was absolutely incredible.
I hugged family and friends.
Yay!
Seriously!
Whoever thought I would be so,
Anybody would be so excited about the prospect of hugging somebody else,
Right?
I got to hug family and friends this weekend,
Literally all weekend because it started Friday night and then Saturday night and then all day yesterday.
I went to the beach yesterday and hugged some people that I haven't seen in a really long time,
Right?
And it's just amazing to me these little life lessons that we have learned from the past year.
One was like,
Seriously,
Prior to COVID,
Pre-COVID,
Right?
You go up and you hug somebody and you go,
Hi,
And you hug somebody,
Right?
And you kind of take that for granted.
But you know what?
We shouldn't anymore.
Yesterday I was hugging,
This whole weekend,
I was hugging near and dear people to me.
And it's like I hugged and held just that little bit longer because I realized how important touch is,
How important the act of a hug is.
You know,
And it's,
Some people aren't going to like hearing me say this,
But you know what?
This past year has taught me so,
So many lessons.
So many lessons.
I mean,
It was down to the smallest thing of like a hug to appreciating our family and friends to enjoying and starting to get to know ourselves on a different level because we've spent so much time by ourselves,
Right?
Or at home or whatever,
You know,
There's,
There was some great lessons to be learned.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
I'm,
I'm,
I'm focusing on the positive of it obviously because there was a lot of negative,
But you know what?
There are lessons that we learned that were positive.
Yeah.
It wasn't all sunshine and roses obviously,
But there was some great lessons.
I appreciate on a new,
Amazing level,
My family and my friends on a new,
Amazing level.
Yep.
Absolutely so beautiful.
So beautiful.
So yeah,
So that's what we are meditating on today.
The appreciation.
What's another word for appreciation?
So gratitude,
Right?
I am so grateful.
So grateful.
I mean,
Literally this was crazy.
Friday night I saw someone in our family who we haven't seen in like a year.
She lives like a half a mile from us,
Right?
Yesterday I saw the oldest friends,
Some of the oldest friends that I have,
Right?
20,
20 plus years I've known these people.
Haven't seen them in like a year,
Year and a half.
And I hugged them.
We're all vaccinated.
We're all,
You know,
Being safe,
But it's amazing.
Right?
So the gratitude,
The gratitude of,
Of everything down to the smallest little things is what this weekend taught me.
So let's get ourselves situated because we're going to meditate.
We're going to meditate on this and meditate on the small things,
Right?
That's what I love.
And if we could all just maybe focus just a little bit more on these things that we all take for granted,
Maybe our life would be that much more rich with the big things that we attain in our lives.
Right?
Really cool.
So,
Okay,
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
Today's mantra of what we are going to do is we are going to do the Hawaiian prayer.
Now there's a lot to hoʻoponopono.
There's a lot to it.
However,
I am just focusing today on the mantra.
If you're interested in learning what this can do clinically,
What this can do emotionally,
All of that,
You should,
You should Google it because it's really pretty amazing.
The hoʻoponopono Hawaiian prayer is just to me,
It's all inclusive,
Right?
Of everything that,
In a sense,
All emotions,
Right?
So our mantra today is going to be the hoʻoponopono prayer,
Which I will lead you.
So let's close our eyes.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release.
Perfect.
Very good.
Maybe start by,
Let's just put a smile on your face.
Even if you're tired,
Even if you're grumpy,
Try smiling through this and see if that can lift you just that little bit.
Very good.
So the hoʻoponopono prayer,
The mantra is this.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Now you can take even just one of those phrases and meditate on it.
Or when you take the entire thing and meditate on all four aspects and offer each individual phrase to spirit,
God,
Universe.
It's a beautiful sentiment and it covers all aspects to life,
Basically.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry for the things I know that I did,
For the things I don't know that I did.
Please forgive me.
Say it to spirit,
Family,
Friends,
Ourselves.
Thank you.
Thank you to spirit.
Thank you to all of our ascended masters,
Our spirit guides.
Thank you to our loved ones,
Ourselves.
And then finally,
I love you.
I love you to yourself,
To ourselves.
I should say.
To God,
Spirit,
Universe.
Our loved ones in spirit,
Our friends here,
Our loved ones here.
This is why as we do this mantra,
It might be just that little bit easier to smile through it.
So let's take one more nice deep breath in and release it.
As we sit quietly,
I will keep the time.
Let's begin.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
We can start to release the mantra,
Keeping that smile on our face.
Beautiful.
Let's take a nice deep breath in just to seal it and bring it into our entire being.
And release.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
Beautiful.
What a beautiful way to start the week,
Right?
In a place of appreciation and love and forgiveness.
Regardless of ourselves,
Everything,
Others.
So how beautiful.
So I invite you to take this energy,
This beautiful prayer and this beautiful energy with you the rest of the day and the week.
And remember,
There's always,
Always,
Always something to be grateful for.
So until next time,
I appreciate each and every one of you.
Thank you so much for being with me and from my heart to yours,
Namaste.
