Let's begin our day with a little bit of happy talk and meditation in this short yet impactful podcast designed to infuse a little bit of positivity into each moment of every day.
Let's get in the flow.
Really I've been hearing a lot of people talking about how they are in need of a reset.
In terms of you just feel like that you're not living the life that you're supposed to be living.
It gets confusing and frustrating because you feel like that you're supposed to be over here but you're over here kind of thing.
I thought to myself,
You know what,
This is like the perfect time to shift ourselves,
To create that shift within us.
Our lives that shift in our lives,
Ourselves,
Our innerness,
Our spiritual being,
Everything about ourselves.
Sadly,
We are just tired.
Like I don't know if everybody's feeling that but we're just so tired of feeling busy in our lives and not feeling like we're able to connect with our inner self,
With our loved ones and with spirit.
So during this time of the full moon and the equinox,
It's really a perfect time to really surrender ourselves and reestablish the trust that we have of ourselves,
Of spirit.
That word trust is very important.
Trust in ourselves and our heart.
When we surrender to our heart,
We allow our heart to guide us and that's like hitting the reset button.
Right?
Don't you think?
That's like hitting the reset button and I know so many people that are in need of hitting that reset button and they're talking about it.
I need this reset.
Now is a perfect time for that.
So today's meditation,
We're going to focus on our hearts and going deep inside and understanding who we really are and accepting ourselves for who we are.
That to me,
That's actually even just,
It's so funny because even just talking about it helps me to reset my thoughts,
My brain,
My heart,
You know,
My throat chakra.
Right?
Because your throat chakra is who you are in the world.
It's how you speak and who you are to the world.
So we're going to be focusing on our heart chakra and our throat because who we are being in this exact moment is who we are.
I hope that makes sense because all we really have is right now and I talk about this all the time.
Right?
All we have is right now.
So who are you being in this present moment?
We need that reset.
Right?
Surrendering.
You know,
It's also a lot about having courage to go deep,
Allow ourselves to go deep into our heart and find that magic.
Find that magic that's within us that we know is there.
We are magical beings.
We are powerful.
And we're strong and made of pure love.
So let's get ourselves comfortable and relax ourselves.
Close your eyes whenever it feels right for you.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it.
Allowing ourselves to just relax into who we are,
Into our heart chakra.
Our meditation today allows us to sit in the stillness and go deep inside that place in our hearts that allows us to feel the divine love within.
So let's place our hands over our heart chakra.
And as we sit in the stillness,
Allow ourselves to feel that beautiful love that is from spirit.
That we know we are created from.
And we continue to be the love.
Feel the surrender.
Feel the love.
You are powerful and a beautiful soul.
Know that you can do,
Be,
And live your life in accordance with your heart.
And now let's just sit and listen to what our heart has to tell us.

Just gently shift them aside and try to get back to a place of quietness and just listening.
