I'm super excited to talk today about Archangel Raphael.
Archangel Raphael is the archangel who we call in for healing and for health issues.
He is like the master healer.
And what I love about Archangel Raphael is that he heals not only like physically,
He heals spiritually and mentally and emotionally.
And now I say that sometimes we ask him for healing,
But it's really interesting because he is known as God's healer.
But sometimes it's not about an actual healing for him.
It's about sometimes it's about showing you the path that you need to go down.
So that's what I love about Archangel Raphael.
Sometimes it's just about finding,
Helping us to find that path,
Right?
Sometimes he will guide us to our best option in whatever type of healing you need,
Right?
And it's really interesting because sometimes for him,
It's not about the act of healing.
It's about teaching us to follow our hearts,
You know?
And that is,
This is why I call him and Archangel Raphael,
I'm sorry,
And Archangel Michael in a lot because they're the ones that protect and heal.
I mean,
What else do you need?
I mean,
You know what I'm saying,
But like it's a really interesting combination.
And those are my two go-to guys.
You know,
Whenever I do any spiritual work,
Whether it's once a day or multiple times a day,
They are the two that I always call in because we need the protection and we need the healing,
Right?
Right,
Right.
So also too,
I really wanted to mention that Archangel Raphael is really good about coming through in dreams.
So my suggestion is if you start talking to Archangel Raphael and you ask for healing,
You ask for all kinds of,
You know,
Like ideas on things that you should do or whatever to help your health and all of that kind of stuff,
Write down,
Like keep a pen and paper at your bedside because you may,
And some people who have nightmares may want to forget them,
But occasionally that one is going to slip through that's like really healing for you.
So just to write it down and you know,
If you're like me,
I'm like,
Eh,
I'll remember it.
No,
I never remember my dreams unless I write it down.
So just wanted to say that.
All right,
So anyway,
Today as we meditate during this meditation,
I want you to notice to see if you see a color,
Okay?
If you see green,
That is a color of healing and balance.
Gosh,
You know,
Aside from healing,
Who doesn't just need a little bit of balance?
So interestingly,
It's also green is also the color of the heart chakra.
So you may want to focus on your heart today,
A little bit of that heart healing.
It's so fascinating to me how it's also connected.
You know,
I love that.
I love that.
So let's get set to meditate because I really want us to go deep today.
Our meditation today is going to be one of healing and calling in Archangel Raphael and I'm going to again infuse it with some Reiki energy,
Okay?
And I am like,
Shuffling,
That's not the right word,
But I'm rubbing my palms together.
And that's how you kind of get the energy flowing.
You can do that too,
Okay?
You can do that too,
Even if you're not an energy healer,
Master,
Or whatever,
You know,
You can get the energy flowing in your palms by rubbing them together,
Okay?
All right,
So now let's get ourselves comfy,
Whether that's sitting up straight,
Leaning back on a chair,
On the back of the chair,
Trying to still keep your spine straight as best as you can,
Okay?
Lying down,
Whatever works for you,
As I always say.
So now let's gently close our eyes and allow yourself to sink into the relaxation of meditation.
Okay,
You can use today the hand mudra,
The gayan mudra.
This is when you bring your thumb and index finger together.
And because we are focusing on healing today,
This mudra is really good,
This hand mudra is really good for strength and wisdom from spirit and focus as well.
So as you put your thumb and index finger together and lay your hands on your legs,
Get yourself ready for a beautiful healing meditation.
Today through this meditation,
Let's use the mantra om.
This is the sacred sound of the universe,
Considered to consist of every sound within the universe.
And it's the essence of all of ultimate reality.
So I would like for you to imagine today as you sit comfortably,
A beautiful white light coming from spirit above.
Imagine this light enveloping your entire being from head to toe.
This is the light and the love from spirit.
This white light is protection and love and healing and peace.
As we sit in the stillness today,
I call in Archangel Raphael and ask him for his healing today.
Healing of our minds and souls and body.
I ask Archangel Raphael to guide us as we go down our own individual path of healing.
In whatever form is needed.
Spiritually,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Physically.
And we thank you so much spirit.
I ask you Archangel Raphael for healing for our friends and family.
With so many people in our lives in need of even just a little bit of peace.
We ask you to watch over our loved ones.
We ask you Archangel Raphael to help to heal our world.
With so many people suffering.
We ask you to blanket those in need in any form that is needed and give them rest.
And now let us sit in the stillness contemplating and feeling that healing energy and pure love coming to us from spirit.

Allowing us all individually as we need.
We ask you to continue to heal and bless us.
Allowing us to feel the beautiful healing and purest love coming from you today.
