So I'd like for us to place our attention at the base of our spine.
That is our root chakra.
It's a beautiful red color.
And it is where our energy,
Our personal energy connects to the earth.
So let's imagine that chakra starting to spin.
Imagine it as a sphere just starting to spin,
That beautiful red color.
And as it starts to spin,
Imagine that red color starting to spread to your entire body,
That beautiful grounding energy.
Next we move up to our sacral chakra,
Which is just a little bit higher.
Imagine that gorgeous orange is the color of this chakra.
This is where our passion sits,
Our passion for life,
Our passion for everything that we do in our lives.
So I want you to imagine that ball of perfect orange light spinning and spinning as it goes throughout our entire body.
Seeing that light of passion through our bodies.
Gorgeous.
And next,
Just above the belly button is our solar plexus.
And that incredibly brilliant yellow light.
Imagine it as a ball spinning.
This is our instinct,
Our intuition.
Our gut instinct sits here.
As we imagine that ball spinning,
Imagine that beautiful light spreading through your entire body and out to the room where you are.
That beautiful yellow light filling up the room.
Next,
Is our heart chakra.
Just over the heart,
And you can place your hand on your heart to feel this energy even just a little bit stronger.
This chakra is emerald green.
Let's imagine that beautiful ball of emerald green light spinning right in our heart chakra.
Spinning all the way through our body,
Allowing it to spread beautiful love energy,
Love for our self,
Love for the world,
Love for spirit and the universe.
Next,
We move up to our throat chakra.
And that amazing,
Beautiful blue color.
So let's imagine that ball of incredible brilliant blue light spinning right at our throat.
Our throat chakra is our voice in the world,
Our truth being and speaking and living our truth.
Imagine that beautiful ball of blue light spinning and spreading through your entire body.
Feeling that beautiful energy.
And next is our third eye.
Just between our brows and that beautiful color,
That indigo color.
It is brilliant and dark purple.
Let's imagine that light,
That ball of purple spinning right at our third eye between our brows and our heads.
This is our third eye.
Our sight.
Our spiritual sight.
Allowing us to understand things on a deeper level.
Imagine that purple light spinning and spreading all through your body.
And then lastly is our crown chakra.
This chakra is pure,
Bright white light.
And as we imagine just above our heads,
The crown of our head,
I want you to imagine a lotus flower sitting just above our heads.
Beautiful white lotus.
Slowly,
Slowly opening up each petal.
Very slowly.
As the lotus flower is opened up,
Imagine beautiful white light from the universe coming into that chakra and into our body all throughout our body,
Allowing us to feel that universal pure love.
This is the universe's love for us.
And we feel it mixing with all of the other energies of the body.
And now let's just sit,
Feeling this energy throughout our body.
