And welcome to the Chakra Cleansing Meditation,
A journey of spiritual renewal.
Let's start by closing our eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in light,
Exhaling all tension.
Allow your body to soften and surrender.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are entering a sacred space of cleansing and transformation.
And now let's call in your higher self,
Your guides,
Angels,
Ancestors,
And source energy.
Feel them encircle you with love and protection.
You are surrounded by divine light.
Now,
With your intention,
Invite your energy body to open to the process of purification.
Start by imagining a red spinning wheel of energy at the base of your spine.
It may feel heavy,
Dim,
Or sluggish,
And that's okay.
Now imagine a beam of brilliant ruby red light from the earth rising up,
Entering your root chakra.
This clears fear.
It clears anxiety.
It clears survival stress.
In your next breath in,
Say to yourself,
I am safe.
And as you exhale,
I release all fear.
Let this chakra become clean,
Strong,
And vibrant.
Let your foundation feel solid,
Rooted,
Supported.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your sacral chakra,
Just below your navel.
Visualize a warm orange waterfall washing over your lower belly.
It gently rinses away guilt,
Shame,
Blocked creativity,
And emotional wounds.
Breathe in and say to yourself,
I am open to joy.
And as you breathe out,
I release pain and judgment.
Let your emotional waters flow freely,
Like a sacred river.
And now we move to the center of your power,
Your solar plexus.
Imagine a burst of golden yellow sunlight pouring into this space.
It clears away unworthiness,
Doubt,
Powerlessness.
It removes energetic cords from others that drain your power.
As you breathe in,
Say to yourself,
I am radiant and strong.
And as you breathe out,
I release all that dims my light.
Your personal sun is now glowing,
Bright,
Free,
And sovereign.
And now let's move up to the center of our chest,
To our heart chakra.
Visualize a soft emerald green mist swirling through your heart.
It washes away grief,
Heartbreak,
Bitterness,
And old pain.
Feel it loosening emotional debris and sending it into the light.
Any heavy energy is lifted by the divine with love.
On your next breath in,
Say to yourself,
I am love.
And as you breathe out,
I forgive,
I release.
I allow your heart to become a sanctuary,
Clean and full of grace.
And now bring your attention to your throat chakra.
Imagine a gentle stream of pure blue water flowing freely,
Clearing away blocks to truth,
Expression,
And authenticity.
Release what was never yours to carry.
Let your voice be cleansed of fear and silence.
As you breathe in,
Say to yourself,
I speak truth with love.
And as you breathe out,
I cleanse the silence from my soul.
Feel your throat open,
Clean,
Clear,
And strong.
And now we move up to the third eye chakra.
Visualize a deep indigo flame flickering at your third eye.
This flame burns away illusions,
Mental clutter,
Confusion,
And false beliefs.
This flame is sacred.
It clears the fog.
It opens the inner vision.
As you breathe in,
Say,
I see with clarity and wisdom.
And breathe out,
I release distortion and distraction.
Your inner sight is now awakened and purified.
And now we move up to the crown chakra at the top of our head,
Turning our awareness to this beautiful space above your head.
A cascade of white,
Violet,
Divine light begins to pour from above like sacred rain.
It cleanses old programming,
Spiritual disconnection,
Feelings of separation.
It restores your connection to divine truth and oneness.
As you breathe in,
Say to yourself,
I am connected to the divine.
As you breathe out,
I surrender to the light.
Let this light continue to flow down through your body,
Washing through all seven chakras,
Connecting,
Aligning,
Clearing.
See your entire energy field,
A rainbow of clean,
Spinning,
Radiant light.
You are renewed,
Rebalanced,
Realigned.
Take a few final breaths.
Feel the beauty of your cleared energy.
And now let's gently begin to bring ourselves back.
Wiggle your fingers,
Roll your shoulders.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Knowing that you are light.
You are divine.
You are aligned.
