Lauren is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 12 years of experience helping people build real tools for the ups and downs of life. Her approach is compassionate, adaptive, and rooted in the Ashtanga tradition: focused on helping you find your version of the practice, not fitting you into someone else's. She specializes in working with the autism and neurodiverse community, people navigating anxiety, and prenatal yoga and birth doula support. Her teaching goes beyond the poses, weaving in breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy so the practice actually travels with you off the mat and into your day. Lauren is based on Long Island, NY and teaches privately in person and virtually.
