Let's just take a moment to land,

Let your body settle however it wants to,

Sitting,

Laying down,

Curled up under a blanket,

Or out under the sky.

There's no wrong way to be here.

Let's take a breath together,

Breathing in soft and slow,

And when you breathe out,

Imagine that you're letting go of everything extra.

Again,

Inhale,

And exhale like the wind through the trees.

Go ahead and let yourself feel heavy and supported,

Like the earth is holding you,

Just the way you are.

Today,

We're going on a little journey,

Nothing too far,

Just a visit to a place that's within you that's wild,

Sacred,

And full of feminine wisdom.

Let's start by imagining yourself walking barefoot through a meadow or a forest.

The air is warm and sweet.

Flowers are blooming,

And bees are humming.

The whole world feels alive.

You're safe here.

Every step brings you deeper into yourself.

Deeper into a place where the veils are thin,

And the heart speaks clearly.

And as you're walking,

You start to notice a path.

You can see a difference in the ground.

It could be moss or soft dirt,

Or even petals.

You follow that path gently.

Curiously.

And up ahead,

There's a clearing.

In the center of the clearing,

A figure is waiting.

And this figure feels ancient and familiar,

Like someone or something you've known forever,

The wild goddess.

She could look like anything,

An older woman with silver hair,

A glowing presence wrapped in vines and moonlight,

Or maybe even a version of you,

But more wild and more free.

Whoever shows up is exactly who you're meant to meet.

Take a moment to stand in her presence.

Feel how grounded and powerful she is.

How soft and fierce,

All at once.

She steps forward,

And without words,

She places something in your hands.

It's a gift,

A symbol,

Or maybe just a feeling.

Allow yourself to receive it.

No need to figure it out right now.

Just receive.

And maybe she whispers something to you.

Maybe it's silence,

But the kind that says everything.

Allow yourself to experience wherever your imagination is taking you right now.

In this space,

You can tell down deep in your bones that you belong,

That you are loved,

And that you carry the wild within you.

You can breathe into that.

Let this moment root into your body like medicine.

Let this energy wrap around you like a heart shawl.

Now the wild goddess steps back,

But she doesn't disappear.

She lives inside you now in that same inner flame that you felt before.

She's part of your bloom.

You gently walk back through the forest or the meadow,

Noticing how you feel.

Do you feel lighter?

Maybe stronger?

Maybe just more you?

Let's start to return,

Bringing your awareness gently back to the body.

Wiggle your fingers and move your shoulders.

Take a deep breath and let it go with a sigh.

You can visit her anytime.

She's waiting for you in the quiet,

In the woods,

In your own breath.

Thank you for taking this journey with me.

You're never walking alone.

I'll see you next time.

Go gently.
