Hey there.

Welcome.

I'm Lauren Behr.

I'm really glad you're here.

For right now,

There's nothing you need to do.

No expectations.

No tasks.

No more reaching.

No striving.

Just a soft invitation to rest,

To release,

To let yourself be carried away by the gentle rhythm of this meditation.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Feel yourself sinking a little deeper into comfort.

The world outside can wait.

Right now,

This time is for rest.

Let's help your body settle one wave at a time.

Beginning at the top of your head,

Feel a warm,

Silvery light touching your scalp,

Melting away any tension.

You can feel your forehead smoothing.

You can feel your eyes growing heavy.

Your cheeks soften.

Your jaw unclenches,

Feels loose and free.

A warm ease flows down your neck,

Through your shoulders,

Melting any tightness there,

Letting it drift away like a mist.

Your arms grow heavy.

Your hands relaxing.

Your fingers feel loose and light.

Feel your breath rise and fall easily,

Naturally.

No effort at all.

You can feel your belly soften.

Your hips settle even deeper into the Earth's gentle cradle.

Your legs release the weight that they carry.

Your feet grow soft and still.

You are safe,

And you are held.

Now imagine you are lying on a soft bed of moss,

Deep within an ancient,

Breathing forest.

The moss is cool and plush beneath you,

A living cushion woven by time and nature.

Above you,

Tall trees stretch towards the sky,

Their branches forming a lacy canopy overhead.

Silver beams of moonlight drift down between the leaves,

Touching the forest floor in soft,

Shimmering pools.

The night air is cool and fresh,

Carrying the sweet scent of damp earth and night flowers.

As you breathe,

You feel the forest breathing with you,

A slow,

Ancient rhythm.

The branches above you sway ever so slightly,

Whispering lullabies to the stars.

A soft breeze brushes your skin,

A tender caress from the sleeping woods.

And slowly,

Very slowly,

You begin to feel as though you were floating,

Cradled by the night air itself.

You are drifting just above the moss,

Held gently by the hush of the forest.

The world becomes slow and soft.

Like a dream unraveling at the edges.

The moonlight above seems to sway gently.

Each breath carries you deeper.

Each exhale softens you a little more.

You drift past glowing mushrooms tucked beneath old roots.

You float by soft curtains of ivy swinging in the night air.

The trees around you blur into soft shadows.

The stars blur into silver rivers overhead.

The forest hums a deep,

Gentle song.

So low and ancient it feels like a memory inside your bones.

You are adrift now.

A leaf on a slow,

Endless river of dreams.

No need to think.

No need to hold on.

Only this soft,

Endless floating.

Carried by the breath of the world.

The earth loves you.

The stars keep watch over you.

The trees whisper you onward into deeper and deeper rest.

You are one with the night and you are safe.

You are home.

As you drift deeper,

The forest around you becomes a soft,

Silvery haze.

The ground beneath you hums a lullaby.

The sky overhead melts into a sea of warm light.

You are weightless.

You are timeless.

You are free.

Let yourself slip away into the sweetest rest.

Sleep well,

Dear soul.

You are cradled by the forest,

Wrapped in the arms of the stars,

And deeply loved.

Go gently.
