Welcome to this energy centre visualisation meditation.
Find a comfortable spot to sit.
Wherever you are,
Feel the weight of your sitting bones dropping down into what's under you.
Have a little bit of a wriggle before we start.
Notice if there's energy moving around or wanting to be expelled,
You can have a little stretch and then when you're ready slowly settling into stillness.
If at any point you become uncomfortable,
You're welcome to shift or adjust to find comfort again.
Closing down your eyes and just becoming comfortable with the darkness.
Bringing your attention to the base of your spine,
Low down in the pelvic bowl.
Color that area red,
Either with a light or a cloud and think to yourself,
I am safe.
Bringing your attention up slightly to the sacral area,
The lower abdomen.
Color that area orange.
You might see that as a light or as a cloud or a mist.
Think to yourself,
I am creative.
Moving up again to your solar plexus,
The space between your belly button and your rib cage.
Color that area yellow and think to yourself,
I am strong.
Moving up again to your heart space,
The space inside your rib cage.
Color that area pink or green and think to yourself,
I am loved.
Moving further up to your throat,
Color that space blue.
Think to yourself,
I am expressive.
Moving up to your third eye center,
The space between your eyebrows,
Inside your skull.
Color that area indigo,
Dark blue and think to yourself,
I am connected.
Finally moving your attention up to the crown of your head and the space just above it.
Color that area either violet or white and think to yourself,
I am divine.
For the next couple of minutes,
Take your attention back to whichever energy center felt the strongest or like it needed the most attention and let your awareness rest there.

Using a deep gentle inhale to bring awareness back to your whole body.
You can start to move your spine,
Maybe wriggle your fingers and slowly,
Slowly start to bring yourself back.
Keeping this awareness of right now as you open your eyes and connect with what's around you.
