Welcome to this guided meditation to reprogram your subconscious mind.
The purpose of this meditation is to help you break the patterns and habits that are standing in the way of your highest self.
The mind is a powerful tool that shapes your behavior,
Reality,
And life's outcome.
Once you learn to leverage the power of the subconscious mind,
You will be able to easily manifest all of your heart's desires and live the life you were meant to.
Start by finding a comfortable position,
Whatever that means for you.
Either sitting in a cross-legged position with your spine long and your palms resting on the tops of your thighs,
Or lying down with your palms facing upward to receive only positive energy.
Allow your intuition to guide you to the right position.
Once you have found your comfortable position,
Allow your body to fully relax and listen to the sound of my voice as I will guide you into your subconscious mind.
Close your eyes and connect with your breath.
Take in a deep inhale for four slow counts,
Feeling your belly and chest expand.
Then allow for a slow exhale for six counts,
Feeling your belly and chest contract.
Continue with this rhythm for a few more breaths until your mind and body are fully relaxed and you no longer notice the distractions from the outside world.
Turn your attention inward and as you continue with this rhythm,
Notice your body relaxing from head to toe.
The muscles on your face relaxed,
Your forehead relaxed,
Your cheeks relaxed,
Your jaw relaxed,
Your neck relaxed,
Your shoulders and collarbone relaxed,
Your back relaxed,
Your chest relaxed,
Your arms,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers all relaxed,
Your abdomen relaxed,
Your pelvis relaxed,
Your glutes relaxed,
Your thighs,
Legs,
Ankles,
Feet and toes all relaxed.
Everything in your body is now fully relaxed.
Now that you are fully relaxed,
Imagine yourself standing in front of a door that is closed.
That is the entrance to your subconscious mind.
Next,
Imagine yourself placing your hand on the doorknob,
Twisting it and opening the door.
The door opens to the top of a downward staircase.
You have no fear as this is very familiar to you.
There is a white light there to guide you safely down the staircase.
Take your first step down the staircase and deeper into your subconscious mind.
Continue your steps down the staircase as you move deeper and deeper with every step into your subconscious mind.
Use your breath to guide you down the steps.
On your next inhale,
Envision yourself at the base of the steps.
You find yourself in a large library filled with books on shelves.
Each of these books are the stories that have been programmed into your subconscious mind that are guiding your current reality.
Some of these stories were programmed into you by the words and actions of others.
Other stories you programmed into your own subconscious mind with your thoughts and emotions.
You are now in a powerful space where you can rewrite these stories and reprogram your subconscious mind to be anything you want it to be.
Remember that your subconscious mind is programmed by the emotions tied to the thoughts and experiences you feel on a regular basis.
Our mission here today is to reprogram your subconscious mind by rewriting the stories of your past that cause limiting beliefs with new,
Empowering beliefs that will shape your new reality.
As we continue to reprogram your subconscious mind,
Make sure to tie the empowering beliefs with an emotion so that you can set it into your subconscious mind.
Let's begin.
Start by walking around the room and scan each of the books in the library.
Using your intuition,
Listen for the book that is calling you the most.
This book holds the story that needs the most rewriting.
Take that book and a pen and rewrite that story now.
Cross out any limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering beliefs.
Replace any thoughts of unworthiness with empowering thoughts of being worthy and fully capable of accomplishing your goals.
Feel exactly what it would feel like for you to accomplish your goals.
Replace any thoughts of fear with empowering thoughts of embracing the unknown to explore new opportunities.
List out what those opportunities are in your story.
Feel the excitement of taking on new challenges and growing as a person.
Replace any negative thoughts about your self-image with positive thoughts embracing your divine unique beauty.
Feel the beautiful and warm light that shines from within.
Replace any thoughts of being undeserving of love with positive thoughts of giving and receiving love.
Feel the warmth,
Security,
And comfort of being surrounded by love.
For the next few breaths,
Continue to rewrite your story,
Reprogramming your subconscious mind with empowering and loving beliefs while feeling the emotions of how amazing your new reality is.
Take all the time you need.
Let go.
Once you've completed rewriting your story,
Feel the difference in your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
You may feel lighter,
More creative,
More energized,
More accomplished,
And more powerful.
You may put the pen down,
Close the book,
And put it back where you found it.
Feel gratitude for that story,
But know that it does not define you.
It only guides you to become the person you are most proud of.
Turn your attention back to the staircase,
And with your guiding light,
You may begin to walk back up the stairs to your conscious mind.
Know that you can come back to your subconscious mind anytime.
With consistent practice,
You will be able to tap into your subconscious mind easily to reprogram any limiting beliefs.
As you reach the top of your staircase,
Take a deep breath and say thank you to yourself for establishing a strong connection to your inner world.
When you are ready,
Walk back through the door to your conscious mind and into your new reality.
Take another deep breath and open up your eyes,
Wishing you peace,
Love,
And joy.
