So we would like to start with a group toning.
So,
It's supposed to be a group toning because we will all be toning together,
But obviously we won't be able to hear each other.
So it's not going to be the choir I would love to have,
But it's still,
The intention is here and we still are together to do it.
And that will be enough I think.
We've been through this journey that we started earlier this afternoon from east to south to west and we're heading to north.
So to start this,
I'd just like to remind us of the journey that we just all took and tone with each direction and then bring us to our north and maybe center also a little bit because I was invited to bring the center back at the beginning.
So,
I think it's a perfect moving from what Philippa just proposed.
We're going to go back to our breath first.
Deep inhales,
Deep exhales.
The thing with toning is that we all can do it on our own rhythm and it's going to be all fine.
But try to deepen your breath,
To quiet and calm your breath and bring the air in your belly.
Three times like this.
The pitch doesn't really matter.
I just invite you to choose whatever is most comfortable for you and you can move the pitch a little bit to find where it's actually resonating inside your chest and maybe if you can down to your belly to try to really encode that sound in you and let the sound just do its magic.
You're humming and toning for yourself first just to release tensions and let the sound circulate inside of you.
We'll start at the center with a humming.
So,
If you want,
Just come with me.
We are turning toward the east with a sound.
We open and let the light come in and welcome the sun.
Then we welcome some more silence.
Let the vibration go through your body.
Slowly,
Gently,
We turn toward south and we will take in all the energy,
The fire energy with an E sound.
You'll notice that maybe the volume is rising also as the energy is rising with this particular sound.
One last time.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Just like the mantra,
Home,
Alright,
And we'd go on that with an F chord,
Which is the chord of Mother Earth.
So now I'm gonna invite you to lie down and keep sitting comfortably,
And to close your eyes.
I'm gonna read,
Take your time to get settled.
I'm gonna read part of a chapter of my novel,
And I'm gonna,
And it's gonna lead us into a meditation,
So there's no distinction between the reading and the meditation.
I will invite you to turn off your mind,
To really listen to the words with your heart,
To not try to understand,
To comprehend,
But to let them land in your heart,
In your body,
And to trust that the sounds,
The rhythm,
The frequency of literature is touching you as deeply as the meditation is.
And weaving through the meditation will slowly bring music and songs as well.
Alright,
Can you hear me properly?
Yeah,
Alright.
Chapter 47,
Sweet Revelation,
Sweet Reunion.
In between loves and lives,
In between meanings and souls,
In between purposes and quintessences,
In between lands and beyond,
In between them and herself,
She found,
She felt,
She lived for an instant the litany and monogamy of what it meant to be human.
To be free,
To be fully aware and at peace at once.
It lasted for a moment,
For the sweetest eternity,
And then she disappeared.
Here,
Now,
Forever,
Between,
Maybe,
Forever,
Now.
An eternity of choices,
A litany of forevers,
The ultimate decision,
Memory,
Forgiveness,
And amnesia.
It was taking too long.
It would have to be somewhere else,
Someone else.
She woke up in such pain,
She wondered if it was a dream,
Or if she wasn't forcing herself to live through trauma and pain to better understand humanity,
As she had done in many of her lifetimes.
It felt real,
Oh so real.
Tubes poked out of her,
Stabbed her,
Drained her,
And fed her on an hospital bed.
The knowledge of where she was,
Who she was,
Or why she was here wasn't part of her awareness,
For a mere minute.
Then,
The body she had landed upon fell asleep,
And she regained full consciousness of her lost autonomy.
She was the elder.
She had stepped through the portal to the lands beyond,
And her current predicament should be her initiation.
She was where she was supposed to be,
For now,
For her to grow,
For her to know love.
She was Sheila,
Once more.
When the body reawakened,
A new thread of consciousness was in her.
Soon,
All threads would be weaved in on themselves,
Forgotten,
Only to be revealed later.
Sheila tried to hold on,
To bring it all with her,
To remember why she was here,
To experience love fully,
Plainly,
To never forget.
She wanted to know,
Exactly as she had done so as a kid.
She couldn't,
Wouldn't forget,
Not this time.
She was drowned into the body's sleep,
And her consciousness was gone,
Imprinted onto the human body and energy alike.
She was becoming,
Discovering,
Experiencing,
Merging with the prior imprint,
To experience what she had always wanted to,
Albeit in another form.
Right now,
I'm going to ask you to imagine yourself lying on a field of grass,
Floating on the surface of the ocean,
Dreaming in your bed,
Being carried through effervescent space,
A soul finding a bridge into humanity.
You are at peace.
You are curious.
You are expectant and open.
You are one with all.
An opening,
A thread,
Comes towards you in the shape of a rainbow,
And you let it swallow you,
Engulf you,
Until all your cells are merged with the colors,
Raining into the ocean,
Filling up the grass blades contained in the bed frame.
Your particles find their way to the nearest body,
The one you were always meant to reach,
The one you were always meant to be.
Look up,
The sky,
Bright as the sea,
There's nothing wrong with breathing.
The load I carry down to the well of me,
I lost my sense of direction,
Following the path of my destruction,
Pursuing the aesthetic of perfection.
For you,
Following tracks so blindly,
Would be wrong with bleeding.
In this body,
Your soul found its way through,
Rid of the heart,
And let yourself be intertwined with it.
It is yours,
You are it,
And all your sense of self is imprinted in it.
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
What do you see,
Feel,
Experience?
How do you become one with it?
Your heart,
Your whole oneness,
Reaches out further to other shores,
Other bodies,
Other experiences.
At first,
You meet a tree,
And all your light,
Your love,
Heart,
Sense of self,
Extend throughout its branches,
Into the trunk,
The earth,
The ground,
All the way to the sky and back down to the ground.
Through the elementals,
You encounter a worm,
You meet a robin.
Your heart finds itself in all the rings of the worm,
And you are embodied in the feathers of the robin,
In its veins,
Its guts,
Its cells.
The robin,
It's the worm,
And flies away.
You are still you,
Reaching out for all the experiences around you.
The robin lands on a bench,
Right next to the shoulder of a human.
This human,
This person,
Is one you cherish to the core of your heart.
You know them,
You've loved them throughout your life,
Throughout lifetimes.
You've hugged and kissed them.
The robin tiptoes on the metal,
Feeling the cold through its feet,
Awash by feelings of recognition.
How do you feel,
Encountering this person you love?
How is your heart?
Does it feel yours,
Or theirs?
The robin flickers around,
And after a moment of calm recognition and presence,
Together,
It flies in front of a human's eyes.
Your friend,
Your family,
Your love,
Your neighbor,
Yourself,
Reaching for all the horizons.
In a park,
It lands on the grass,
Where another human lies down,
Is laying down.
It doesn't tiptoe this time,
And courageously comes chattering around you,
As if to bring a message.
The human resists.
This human is one you don't like very much.
There is no hatred,
But a feeling of rejection and conflict when you see them,
Meet them,
Experience them in your field.
Don't worry,
We won't linger long here.
But what does your heart,
Your soul,
Say about this human?
Is it yours?
Is it theirs?
Is it both?
The robin lands on the human clothes,
And you feel the weight of it on your shoulder,
On your t-shirt.
This human is you too.
The robin is you.
The grass is you.
Let your heart embrace everything you see,
Feel,
And experience as one.
Let all visuals,
The robin,
The humans,
The worm,
The tree,
The sky,
The earth,
Dissolve back into yourself,
Disappearing,
Dissolving,
Becoming your heart.
At the apex of the rainbow bridge,
In a sweet embrace,
The souls dissolve into one another,
Creating or revealing a truth,
Wholeness and golden light.
And in becoming more,
The world was a little lighter,
And so was our truth through it all.
If you still can be with me for a little time,
I would like you to experience a little bit of Reiki,
A group Reiki,
Self and group Reiki.
Reiki is a very wonderful tool,
A very wonderful gift,
A wonderful possibility.
You can just imagine yourself surrounded by light,
By maybe little drops of light,
Or flakes of light,
Showering on you just like snow would.
If you lay,
Open your palms up,
Let them rest on your thigh,
On your side,
And let the light come into you,
Showering onto you,
Raining on you.
And as you do so,
You can repeat,
Out loud or for yourself,
The divine light is raining through me,
On me,
In me,
And all over me.
You ground yourself in earth,
You can feel your roots going down,
Deep down in earth,
And mother earth supporting you,
And giving you this energy,
And you still receive this light coming from above,
From everywhere around yourself.
And you are the link between the earth energy and this light coming,
Raining down on you.
Let's take it in for a while,
Let's breathe calmly,
Fully,
Deeply,
Feeling this light buzzing in you,
And when you feel ready,
Bring your hands around your heart,
On your chest,
And feel that you are the channel,
You are a conduct,
To bring all the light and all the energy coming from above and below,
Into your heart directly,
Through your crown chakra,
Through your root chakra,
And channeling in the palms of your hands.
Let it breathe,
Let it come in you,
Know that this is always available to you.
If you feel a little resistance in your heart or in your chest,
It's okay,
You can take time and let it dissolve,
And let yourself accept the energy coming through you,
From all around you,
From the life,
The very life,
In all things.
When you feel ready,
When you feel filled up with this energy,
This love,
Because in the end it is just love,
Then,
Reflecting on the words of Lucy,
You can turn this energy toward someone else,
Someone you like to start with,
Because it's easier,
Through taking your hands off your chest,
Palms facing forward,
And then you can send the energy,
And we call that a beaming Reiki,
And you send the energy,
This compassion,
This love,
And this feeling that it is for the greater good,
To the person you love.
It can be someone in that circle,
In that very circle,
Or outside the circle.
Breathe three times.
The divine light is going through me,
In me,
All around me.
This divine light is coming through me,
In me,
And all around me,
And through me it goes to the person I love.
Palms of your hands facing up,
We're going to just send pure love back,
For everyone,
And everything,
Every life,
Every animal,
Every plant,
Every human being,
Every tree,
Every river,
Every ocean,
Every rock,
Every grain of sand,
Every piece of dust,
Earth,
And this energy is coming through you,
From earth and from the above,
You're just channeling it,
And bringing your own intention into it,
And release it for the greater good,
For the love of all.
And we hold this for three breaths,
And you can bring your hands back in prayer,
Which is a mudra,
Called Anjali Mudra,
Or Gassho,
In Reiki tradition,
And we thank Mother Earth,
We thank the life in all things,
And the energy coming from above,
And we thank ourselves.
And if you can,
Thank your guides,
And the people with you,
Other spirits with you during this journey.
And we'll finish with a song,
If you want to.
This little song was written after hearing some leaders from Fiji Islands,
At the COP25,
You know,
This gathering of the United Nations about environment,
And I think it was probably the Prime Minister of Fiji,
And he was just saying,
Look people,
If we can just get together and save Fiji,
Then we can save the world.
And that went right through my heart,
And I thought I would write a song about it.
So it's calling of environmental issues,
Obviously,
But also it's a lot about oneness.
It's called The World is an Island.
Set at bay Listening to your breathing The sound of the drums away Like your heart beating As my land washes into the sea And my home disappears Sitting by the banyan tree I'll dry away my tears Thank you everyone.
