Settling in,
Allowing yourself to feel completely supported by the surface beneath you.
And gently tuning into your breath.
Just observing the flow of air as it moves in and out of the body.
Very easy here.
In and out.

Feeling yourself relaxing.
Settling in.
Letting go.
Really softening.
And now I want you to think of your most favorite thing in the world.
If it's a person,
Picture that person.
Picture being with that person.
If it's a place,
Imagine yourself there now.
And if it's something that you love to do,
Imagine that you are doing that now.
So just thinking of being with this person or in this place or doing something that you love.
Or even thinking of all three.
Really feeling the full experience of it.
The happiness and joy that it brings you.
From this good feeling place,
I want you to take these next few moments to think about something that you really want.
Not how it is going to happen.
Not when it is going to happen.
Just simply one thing that you really want.
And allowing that good feeling you were just experiencing to fill you up while you think of this one thing that you really want.
Giving yourself permission to really feel what it would feel like if you already had it.
Good.
Now let that drift away.
Letting it go.
Realizing that it will come to you in perfect time.
Let's take a deep cleansing breath in and let it go.
Good.
Now relaxing and listening to the following affirmations.
Being open to them.
Absorbing them in an easy and effortless way.
I am supported.
Everything is always working out for me.
I am always in the perfect place at the perfect time.
I expect only good to come to me.
I am safe.
It is easy for me to find good everywhere I go and everyone I come in contact with and in everything I do.
I remember to set positive intentions throughout the day.

I focus on what I want that I know is coming,
Not on what is.

Anything that is holding you back.
Anything heavy.
And one more time.
Deep breath in,
Filling up with air.
And letting it all go.
Good.
Now wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers,
Feeling yourself supported by the surface beneath you.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening the eyes.
