Welcome,

I'm Kyla Ridditi and I will be taking you on a visualization,

Meditation,

Energetic medicine,

Kinesiology journey for overwhelm.

So just making sure you're not going to be disturbed.

You've got a nice comfortable place lying down or sitting up,

Preferably with dimmer lighting,

You might want to put on an eye mask.

Just connecting with the breath,

Allowing it to be exactly as it is.

And just activating a few words,

Feelings,

Emotions initially in this journey.

I want you to feel into the words,

Overwhelm,

Connecting if it lands on your body or in your heart or your mind or your energy fields,

Submerged by thoughts,

Submerged by emotions,

Thoughts,

Feeling irrational,

Brain fog,

Paralyzed,

Using the breath to connect when you hear these words,

Where do they land in your body or your heart or your energy field,

Your spirit,

Feeling inadequate,

Staying connected with the breath,

Allowing it to lengthen on the inhalation and lengthen on the exhalation.

Fear,

Guilt,

Anxiety,

Looping thoughts,

Overthinking,

Worry.

Everything is welcome,

Unable to switch off,

Wired and tired,

Tension in the legs,

Numbness in your mind,

In your heart,

Numbness to ones that you love,

Feelings of disconnection,

Isolation,

Retreating from things that you love doing and people and efficacy at work.

Allowing any of these things to land in your body if they are true to you.

Breathless,

Panic,

Crying,

Crying more,

Crying so much that the feelings of dread or fear are not relieved from the crying.

Depletion,

Lashing out,

Feeling bullied,

Tuning in to where these land in your body,

In your heart,

In your spirit,

In your etheric body,

Sensitivity to light and sounds,

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Exhaling completely,

Welcoming all of these feelings into your activated vortex,

Into your field,

Into your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit,

For this healing journey.

The aim is to move from the negative to the positive,

Not denying the negative but seeing if we can shift the mindset,

Shifting the feelings of unpredictability through our mind and our choices and our perception to a state of predictability.

Moving from a short,

Rapid,

Breathless breath to a slower,

Longer,

Deeper,

More nourishing and relaxing breath,

Witnessing your emotional state right now,

Witnessing the highly sensitive emotions and reactivity and visualising yourself walking from the top of the beach where the waves are,

Feeling this sense of heightened sensitivity and reactivity,

And as you walk closer to the shore,

The water,

Allowing this to melt into being able to stand your ground and not react,

Feeling yourself normalising in your sensitivities,

Coming to that place where you can feel and hear and experience without feeling like you're a bird,

Fluttering and worried and anxious,

Coming back to the middle point,

The medium,

The happy medium.

And with everything that you have in your life,

Allowing yourself to use this practice to come into this scale,

So if it's a state of feeling paralysed,

Allowing your mind and your heart and your breath to come into this place of paralysed,

And allow yourself to feel a small hair wiggling in the wind,

To start to bring energy into the ends of your fingertips and your hair and your toes,

Bringing energy there to start moving out of the state of paralysed,

Waking up,

Moving slowly in your own pace,

With guilt,

Allowing the guilt to be within you,

Honouring it,

Thanking it,

Being grateful for it,

And then allowing yourself again to walk from the dune to the water or whatever scene you wish to create,

A field where there are trees lining the outside,

You may want to walk from the trees to the centre where there's a fountain,

And as you move from the edge to the inner of this park,

Allow the guilt to slip away,

Allow yourself to feel worthy,

Allow yourself to feel human,

Allow yourself to feel gratitude,

Allow yourself to let that guilt drip away,

To forgive yourself,

To forgive others,

As you walk from the edge of the park with the trees into the centre where the fountain is,

And when you get to the fountain you may want to cup your hands in the beautiful,

Pristine water and pick a handful up and splash it over your face,

Cleansing away any guilt that is residing still,

Cleansing away any anxiety,

Cleansing away the overwhelm and the submerged thoughts and emotions,

Cleansing the worry,

Cleansing the burnout,

Cleansing your breath so it comes to a nice,

Deep,

Long,

Restorative,

Relaxing,

Nourishing breath,

And repeating this visualisation for everything that you're feeling or experiencing,

Whether it's real or in your mind or whether it's what people are telling you,

Allowing yourself to meet halfway in balance,

In harmony within,

Allowing our mind and our heart and our breath to guide the physiology,

What we experience in the body in the day-to-day,

Allowing it to shift slowly from distress and negativity up to a beautiful state of balance and bliss and harmony,

Allowing the vibration of these chimes to shift and allow these feelings to keep moving into their state of balance,

Allowing the waves to flatten,

To come into harmony,

Allowing your body to feel completely supported by the earth,

Completely supported by everything around you,

Every being,

Every energy field,

Every opportunity,

Everything is here to support you and nourish you,

Allowing the cups of water to continue to clear and cleanse,

Cleansing away the negative patterns and self-talk and exhaustion.

If you wish,

Bringing your hearts to prayer pose,

Over your heart chakra,

In the centre of your sternum,

Your chest,

And then keeping one here,

One hand here,

Probably the left,

Bringing your right up to the middle of your ear,

Where it meets the jaw,

Opening your mouth,

And there's a little dimple there,

Right next to the ear,

That little triangle of your ear,

Placing your finger there,

And once you've found the spot,

Bringing the other left hand up to the left side,

Opening the jaw,

Finding the spot,

And holding your index finger with your middle finger on top,

Connecting with the palace of hearing,

Beautiful spirit point.

Breathing in nice and deeply,

Exhaling slowly,

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling slowly,

Allowing spirit to whisper to you any wisdom that it has for you in this moment.

Keep listening for whispers as I take you on this visualisation.

Relaxing your hands if you wish,

Keeping them there if you wish,

I'm holding mine there,

So all of the energy is being channeled through to you all,

Imagining you're entering a beautiful palace,

And you're walking towards the doors,

The doors of the main hall,

And it's time to walk through the doors,

It's time to connect to the sound of your heart,

And the hearts of everyone around you,

The hearts of everyone on the entire globe,

And as you walk through these doors,

You're connecting with your heart,

You're becoming aware of the hearts of others,

And you're standing in this palace,

Surrounded by a warm,

Golden,

Glowing light,

You can connect with your heart,

You hear it,

You feel it,

You send love to it,

And this beautiful understanding of yourself is trickling in,

It's tingling into all of your cells,

In your body,

In your memories,

This beautiful understanding of yourself is giving you a gift of forgiveness and gratitude,

Accepting,

And your place right now in life,

It's saying everything is as it should be,

Everything is moving and flowing,

And you're going to be free from this overwhelm,

And tuning into the heart,

You understand that all living things,

All living beings,

Have a palace like this,

They have hearts like yours,

And all these palaces and hearts are linked,

Beating together,

Supporting,

Loving,

Nourishing,

Allowing you to connect with your breath and your heart,

Lowering your hands,

Placing one on your heart and one on your belly,

Or intuitive anywhere else that might be right for you,

Listening,

Not with your ears,

Listening with your mind,

Your consciousness,

No,

No,

No,

No,

No,

Don't listen with this,

But listen with your spirit,

Your spirit connects deeply to your soul and your heart,

Listening stops with the ears,

The mind stops with recognition,

But spirit is empty and awaits on all things,

The heart,

The unstruck sound,

Attuned to spirit in its empty state,

Waiting for the whispers of your spirit,

Allowing stillness,

Allowing this new connection with your heart,

Your palace,

And all palaces and all hearts to carry you back beyond the walls of the palace,

Back to the beach or back to the park with a fountain,

Allowing your awareness to come back to your breath,

Observing the rise and the fall of your stomach,

The fluttering of your eyelids,

Wriggling your fingers,

Winking your eyes,

Smiling from the mouth,

Smiling from the heart,

Smiling from every organ within you,

Honouring your journey here in life on this earth,

Honouring your time,

Your journey here in this moment,

Honouring the gifts,

Honouring the shifts and honouring what's yet to come,

Open to love,

Open to support,

Open to spirit,

Open to harmony and balance with our awareness,

Anything and everything is possible,

Staying in this blissful state if time permits you or otherwise starting to bring awareness into your fingers and toes,

Your eyelids fluttering,

Connecting with your breath and your heart and your body,

Giving yourself a little self-love massage,

Massaging the chest,

Massaging the arms,

Rubbing down the thighs,

Connecting with the shins and the feet,

Jiggling them on the earth,

As you're slowly opening your eyes,

Coming into this new state of balance and harmony.
