Yoga Nidra for manifesting your dream life.
Begin by laying on the floor or on your bed.
Finding comfort with a pillow under your head.
Getting comfortable with the arms and legs.
Gently tucking in the shoulder blades to support the heart.
Gently turning your head side to side to settle into your pillow.
Arms and legs feel relaxed by the sides.
Fingers and toes feeling heavy.
Once you've settled into your space,
Making any last adjustments to feel as comfortable as possible.
Eyes and jaw relaxed.
Letting any tension soften and melt into the earth.
Now set our sankalpa.
Our sankalpa is our inner truth,
Our intention.
Because this is yoga nidra for your dream life,
Set a simple sentence.
For example,
I am abundance in my life.
Repeat that three times.
Now I'll give you time to set your intention sankalpa and repeat it three times in your Now that you've repeated your sankalpa three times,
Internally say to yourself,
I will not fall asleep in yoga nidra.
I will not fall asleep in yoga nidra.
I will not fall asleep in yoga nidra.
Listen to my words,
Not so much where you're fully awake but not so less where you fall asleep.
Allow my words to flow in and out of your subconscious.
Beginning with anamayakosha,
The food body.
I will say body part.
Bring your awareness to that body part without moving it.
Beginning with the right thumb of the right hand.
The second finger of your right hand.
The third finger of your right hand.
The fourth finger of your right hand.
And the fifth finger of your right hand.
Bring awareness to the palm of the right hand.
Imagine there's a dime size of light in the palm of your right hand.
If you're not able to imagine it,
Maybe feel the warmth starting at the palm of the right hand and it expands.
The white light or any color of choice in the palm of your hand starts to grow from a dime size to a quarter.
Slowly the light or that energy if you feel expands for your whole hand.
Now moving up to the right forearm.
Upper arm.
The right side of your head and face.
Down to the right side of the throat.
The chest.
The right side of the stomach.
Hip.
Right thigh.
Right side of the shin.
Down to the right foot.
Bring awareness to the big toe of the right foot.
Your second toe.
Your third toe.
Your fourth toe.
The fifth toe of your right foot.
Bring awareness to the sole of your right foot.
Now that white light or any other color of light is now moving through the whole foot all the way up through the whole right side of your body.
Now that beautiful warm light flows to your left hand.
The left thumb.
Second finger.
Third finger.
Fourth finger.
Fifth finger of your right hand.
Bring awareness to the palm of your left hand.
The whole left hand.
The whole left hand.
The whole left hand.
That light is flowing from the left hand to the upper arm.
The left side of the face and head.
Left side of the throat and chest.
Left side of the stomach.
Left side of the hip.
The thigh.
Left side of the shin.
All the way down to the left foot.
Bring awareness to the left big toe.
Second toe.
Third toe.
Fourth toe.
And fifth toe.
Bring awareness to the sole of the left foot.
The whole left foot.
The whole left foot.
The whole left foot.
Now bring awareness to that light that's moving from the left foot all the way up through the left side of the body.
The whole body is now full of light.
The stomach.
The heart.
The kidneys.
The intestines.
The gallbladder.
All the body parts internally.
The internal organs are all full of light and healing.
Imagine now as we move into our second layer on our journey,
Yoganidra.
And that is prana mayakosha,
A layer of life force energy found in your breath.
Seeing your,
As you're breathing,
How effortless it is without exerting.
Naturally breathing in and out with ease.
Being the observer of the observer.
Breathing the body.
And now as you imagine breathing,
Imagine that the pores of your skin is also breathing in.
Coming back to that light,
Imagine as you breathe in,
That breath is a light flowing through the pores,
Not only through your nose and mouth,
But through the skin.
Filling the body with breath and light in the body and all around the body.
Now notice your breath is heavy.
So heavy.
So heavy that the body also feels heavy.
How does that feel?
Now imagine your breath is light,
Light like a feather,
Like the body wants to fly away.
Now imagine that your breath is light,
Light like a feather,
Like the body wants to fly away.
Now coming back to your regular breath.
Now move into the matamaya kosha,
The layer of the mind.
Being with a rapid visualization,
I will say a thing or an object and just imagine seeing that object as best you can or feeling it if you feel better.
It will be rapid,
So just flow with whatever pops in your mind.
Beginning with a sunset.
Notice a sunset.
A rose.
A shooting star.
A snowflake.
A rainbow.
A cat stretching in a ray of light.
A puppy snuggling in a chair.
Palm trees.
Snow-covered mountains.
The pyramids in Egypt.
Mind ruins.
A dog barking.
A boat on the ocean in a twilight.
A bike leaning by a shed.
A temple on a hill.
Monkey monkeys swinging on vines in the jungle.
Looking at earth from space.
A Milky Way.
Instead of chair,
Take a sit and relax.
Now feeling the body on the earth,
Feel your body very heavy.
Heavy like you're in sand at the beach sinking deeper and deeper and deeper.
The body is heavy.
Now feel the body is light.
Light like a feather,
Like you can fly away.
Feel your body cold.
It's cold as if you were in your underwear in the Arctic.
Feeling the body shivering.
Feel cold.
Now feel the body warm,
Hot.
Like you're on the beach in your bare feet,
Feel hot.
Now feel the body comfortable,
Not too hot,
Not too cold,
Just right.
Now notice a time in your life when you were very upset.
Notice a time when you were very upset.
Notice what the situation was,
Who or if anyone was involved,
And then visualize and feel what it felt like to be that angry.
Feel that anger now.
And as you observe that anger,
You start to realize that it was a long time ago,
And it has no hold on you anymore.
It starts to fade away.
Any visions of it and the feelings start to fade,
Fade away until it does not trigger anything for you anymore.
Now,
Thinking of a time when you were the most happiest,
How it felt,
Who was involved,
The situation that made you happy.
And feel that happiness now.
And let that permeate through your whole body,
That feeling,
Feeling so good,
Feeling that light,
It's all around you,
Also within this beautiful feeling that you're feeling now.
When it starts to fade away until you are left,
It's that beautiful feeling inside,
Which resonates with your true divine self.
It's always with you if you ever need a beautiful,
Happy energy.
We now move into the Anima Yokosha,
The intuitive body.
Imagine in your mind's eye,
You are looking at a movie screen,
As if you were in a theater in your mind.
You're the only one in this theater.
And in this theater,
The movie is starring you.
And now you will start to visualize your life from as far back as you can remember from birth,
Being a toddler,
To a youth,
All the way into your life.
Imagine all of times in your life that were good,
Not so good.
The lessons you learned,
The great memories you had,
Visualize on your movie screen,
Either in moving pictures,
Words,
Pictures like a collage,
Or just reenacting scenes in your life that you can remember that made you happy and sad.
Things you learned from,
Things that inspired you,
People that were in your life,
Situations.
You can feel,
Hear,
Touch,
Smell.
Bring all of this into your movie.
I will give you time now to visualize your life,
How it began to where you are now.
Either through a movie,
Pictures,
Collage,
Words.
Begin now.
Visualize your life,
All that you can remember,
What sticks out for you.
Happy,
Not so happy,
Inspirational,
Funny.
If you get stuck,
Just come back to the things that stuck out for you in your life.
Situations or people,
Familiar smells,
Inspiration.
Situations or people,
Familiar smells,
Inspiration.
Situations or people,
Familiar smells,
Inspiration.

Take one last glance as it starts to fade away,
Picture by picture,
Words.
Feel slowly everything you can remember will start to fall away.
It has been etched in you and now it has gone,
It has brought you where you're at.
Now you are going to visualize your dream life from now into the future on your white movie screen.
Allow yourself to dream big.
Anything is possible.
Inspired by a quote from Einstein,
Logic can take you to point A to point B,
But imagination can take you anywhere.
So be specific and visualize your dream life from now into the future as your subconscious is a blueprint that when etched and set will then manifest into the physical form.
So it's important to be as specific as you can as you dream of your dream life.
And remember a dream comes from an inspired action.
So now visualize your dream life from your personal life,
Your work life,
All parts of your life.
Visualize now,
See your movie screen start to unfold,
The dream life that you've always and deserve.

Everything that is popping out for you,
Even if you can imagine how it will appear,
It's not about how it's going to appear,

Feel it,
See it,
As clear and as precise as you can.
Music Music Music And as you see your dream life on your movie screen,
Again noticing that all the things that are sticking out for you is precisely as you can,
Feeling.
And slowly this movie screen is going to start to fade away,
Picture by picture.
Now your dream life starts to slowly fade away,
So your movie screen is white again,
Blank.
Now you have recreated your dream life from now into the future,
Etched in the subconscious blueprint in your mind.
We're moving into our last layer,
The last layer is Anandamayakosha,
The layer of bliss.
Feel that blissful feeling,
Knowing that all your dreams can come true,
And they have because you visualized it.
Anything is possible,
Bathe in that beautiful feeling of bliss through your whole body,
Like that beautiful light flowing in and around your body.
A blissful light of your dream life manifesting.
And now slowly come back to the space you're in.
Come back to the sankalpa that you set at the beginning of practice.
Repeat your sankalpa three times.
Once you repeated your sankalpa three times,
Start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Trying to feel the body waking up.
Or if this is before bed,
Snuggling in.
If this is your time to slowly come up,
Just starting to hear the sounds around you.
So you move the fingers and toes,
Starting to softly open the eyes,
Gently blinking them.
And feel your body sit for the first time.
Gone on this journey,
And now this new person with your dream life etched in your subconscious,
Feeling good and blissful.
You either just gently open your eyes,
Laying down or sitting.
The practice of yoginidra is now complete.
