Stress release meditation begin by sitting in a comfortable sitting position or laying down you may use any props to sit on like a folded blanket,
Pillow or block sitting with ease rolling your shoulders up,
Back and down the back breathing naturally start to soften your stomach and notice how the breath feels so natural in your body feel your sit bones grounding deep within the earth like roots of a tree deep,
Grounded now take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out all your stress again inhale,
Positive inspiration and exhale out heaviness and stress do this a couple more times allowing yourself to get heavier and relaxed on every exhale now slowly take a deep breath in through the nose for a count of one,

Hold for a second now exhale,

One again inhale positivity,
Inspiration and exhale out heaviness and stress breathing in one,

One notice any shifts that may have happened you're now going to go deeper into relaxation for a count of ten start grounding deep through your sit bones nine,
Melt your shoulders down your back eight,
Soften between your eyebrows seven,
Start to soften your gaze six,
Feel the eyelids grow heavier five,
Feel your jaw grow heavier four,
Slightly feel the jaw open and relaxed three,
Feel your shoulders and arms heavy two,
Feel your torso and legs heavy and one,
Feel your whole body relaxed your whole body relaxed feeling a calm relaxed state everywhere around you imagine yourself sitting in a peaceful place of your choice or if you have a hard time imagining feel like yourself as peaceful and relaxed as much as you can if you can imagine what do you see what do you feel and what do you hear observe when thoughts start to move through the mind notice them and see and hear them fade away like clouds in the sky passing just like in our waking mind knowing these thoughts and stressful feelings are all things they're not permanent they too are passing moments and that as we let them go we are able to move beyond them and see and feel clarity and balance see if you can find that quiet center within you without judgment criticism just purely in the moment the state is always within you and you can come here in this beautiful peaceful place whenever you need to especially when stress comes into your life coming back to your breath in this peaceful space a place where you can find balance peace clarity where you can see when you can see above and beyond your situation and connect to your higher self when you can connect to your higher self anything is possible embrace this feeling and inner knowingness as we count back to your waking state 10 just feeling the grounding of your body 9 starting to feel your body a little more wiggling your fingers and toes 8 feeling the sensations the fingers and toes 7 13 to feel the breath in the nostrils 6 learning to feel the breath flowing from the nostrils into the body 5 feeling the whole body feeling sensations of the breath 4 starting to gently flutter the eyelids 3 giving yourself a nice stretch with the arms or if you're laying down your arms and legs 2 learning to slowly soften the gaze and open your eyes 1 fully awake eyes open taking this beautiful peaceful place with you everywhere you go bringing that energy into your week and beyond thank you for coming on this journey with me to find peace and move beyond any stressful situation thank you namaste
