In the hustle and bustle of daily life,
It's easy to lose connection with our inner selves.
Our thoughts and feelings and vibrations can fall out of harmony without us even noticing.
This meditation will help you become aware of your current vibration and state of mind,
Gently guiding you back to harmony and balance.
To begin,
Find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for the next 10 minutes.
Sit comfortably,
Close your eyes,
And take a deep breath in,
And let it out.
Inhale through the nose,
Allowing the chest and belly to rise.
Exhale through the mouth,
Letting tension and stress melt away.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more present,
More grounded.
Now place your hands on your heart.
Feel the beat,
The life force within you.
Tune into your heart and mind,
Gently observing any thoughts,
Feelings,
Or physical sensations
without judgment.
Notice what's there,
What's weighing on you today.
You might find feelings of stress,
Anxiety,
Sadness,
Or any other negative emotion.
Don't try to change it,
Just acknowledge it without judgment.
Think about the energies that you acknowledged,
Let's say it was sadness.
What do you intend to change or transform that energy to?
Maybe it's happiness,
And if you felt stress,
Maybe it's peace.
If you felt anger,
Maybe it's ease,
Love.
Visualize this new energy,
These intentions that you're setting,
Vibrating through your
entire being.
Visualize all of those things,
Those negative things you were feeling before,
Transforming
into these new intentions that you are setting.
Slowly begin to open your eyes,
Or whenever you're ready,
Noticing the difference in the
way you feel,
And carry this intention with you.
