This meditation with Kristen Taylor is for general clearing and also for connecting to the energy of Archangel Metatron.
Please find somewhere comfortable to sit.
Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.
We will begin by bringing up white light from the core of the earth and into your body.
Visualizing it coming up through your feet,
Up through your legs,
Through your hips,
Through your torso,
Through your shoulders,
Through your back,
Through your arms,
And through your head.
Imagine you are very full of this energy.
Imagine that this white light is completely filling your body.
And then visualize extending it,
Extending the white light as far as it will go to all of the universe and even further.
Keep pushing it out until you feel very expanded and spacious and you even feel like you are space.
Keep expanding and take some deep breaths.
We now ask Archangel Metatron to be with us and to work with us during this meditation.
Keep breathing and allowing this beautiful angel to work with you.
First we are going to clear your energy by upgrading your high self and your spiritual team of guides and angels.
We will then release any old energies which you no longer need.
We will cut any old vows,
Contracts or obligations which are no longer serving your highest good.
And cut and remove all unhealthy psychic cords and attachments.
We are going to bring in more of the sparkling white light to balance you and bring harmony and love into your energy field.
The sparkling white light is also bringing you closer to the energy of Archangel Metatron which is safe and beneficial for you.
So take some deep breaths and allow the sparkling white light to flow through your spine,
Your pelvic area,
Your heart and your head.
Coming up through the earth and flowing out of the top of your head.
Bringing you closer to the beautiful energy of Archangel Metatron.
And now imagine extending this sparkling white light to all areas of your life.
Imagine sending this light to your work,
Your home,
Your finances,
Your relationships and any other matters which are of importance to you right now.
Circle them all in a beautiful bubble of sparkling white light.
Now imagine that the sparkling white light brings your highest good.
And just take some deep breaths and surrender fully,
Really surrender to the beautiful energy that is the best for you,
Your highest good.
Noticing any drama or old energy which is no longer good for you.
Imagine activating your soul's highest blueprint,
The highest template for your mission and your happiness here on earth.
Noticing any hesitation or fear about your path to fall away and instead breathing in the beautiful comforting and reassuring energy of Archangel Metatron.
We're now going to activate all of the situations,
People you will meet,
Everything that will be coming to you that is in your highest good.
We're activating it now so we can speed up the process in the best possible way.
Really putting you on your divine path for your highest good.
Take some deep breaths,
Clearing all resistance and all fear.
Bringing in self-love,
Self-worth and self-acceptance.
Breathing in love,
Breathing in acceptance and breathing in your worth.
And when you're ready,
Just imagine you're bringing your energy back to all around you,
All around your body,
Forming a circle around you.
And imagine that you're locking liquid gold or liquid silver into this circle,
Into this bubble around you.
You can choose gold or silver.
Making a very hard protective shield around you.
That only love and positivity can pass through.
And now imagine that you have tree roots coming out of the bottoms of your feet,
Going down into the earth,
Very deep to the core of the earth,
Grounding you and preparing you to come back into the room.
