This is Kristen Taylor.

This meditation is to upgrade your life with the frequencies of the Great Central Sun,

Source,

And Archangel Metatron.

Please find a comfortable place to sit,

With your legs uncrossed,

In a comfortable position,

Where you will have some privacy.

Take some deep breaths.

Imagine the core of the earth.

Imagine it being full of beautiful white light.

See it as made of clear quartz crystal.

Imagine this energy is coming up towards you and stopping at the bottoms of your feet.

Imagine it continues to come up through your feet,

Up through your ankles,

Through your legs,

Through your hips,

Through your reproductive area,

Through your stomach,

Through your lungs,

Through your chest,

Your spine.

Really see it running up and down your spine a few times.

Real sparkling white energy in your heart coming up to your shoulders,

To your arms,

Through your head,

And seeing this beautiful energy swirl around your brain a few times.

And then allow it to fill your body.

It feels really good as this energy fills your entire body,

And you see the sparkling white light coming up from the earth into your body.

Keep imagining this light filling your body.

When you feel completely full of sparkling white light,

Then allow it to overflow and intentionally send it out into the universe.

As far as you can send it,

Imagine it expanding even further and even further and further still until you feel like you are space.

Take some deep breaths.

And now imagine the light from the sun.

Imagine it shining on you.

And just imagine that behind the sun,

There is a giant sun called the Great Central Sun.

Firmly intend to connect with the energy of the Great Central Sun now.

This energy is the same as source energy,

And it feels really good.

Take some deep breaths,

Allowing the energy from the Great Central Sun to fill your body and energy field.

And now we will invoke the Archangel Metatron,

The Angel of the Presence.

Let the firm intention to invoke this angel and say,

Metatron,

Metatron,

Metatron.

Keep saying it as you breathe.

You can say it out loud or in your head.

Metatron,

Metatron,

Metatron.

Metatron,

Metatron,

Metatron.

And just take some deep breaths as you allow his energy to help you to blend with yours.

We know that this is perfectly safe,

And you are in charge of everything that happens.

And now we imagine that your heart center is opening.

Imagine that there is a flower in the middle of your heart,

And it is blossoming and blooming until it is completely open.

Draw your attention to your love life.

Perhaps you are already in a relationship,

Or perhaps you are seeking one.

Either way,

We ask the Great Central Sun source energy and the energy of Archangel Metatron to upgrade this area of your life.

Make this request sincerely from your heart and see it happening.

Visualize what you would like to happen,

And see that visualization merging with the energy of the Great Central Sun and with the sparkling white light of Archangel Metatron.

Again,

Request an upgrade in this area and request anything specific you'd like to happen.

See it happening and take some deep breaths.

From your heart,

Send gratitude to these energies for this upgrade and for helping you.

Feel the energy as it is changed within your body,

Within your energy field,

In relation to the topic of love.

You will likely feel more positive,

Lighter,

And freer.

You may sense or feel that there are more opportunities or options for you.

You may have new awarenesses and knowledge about this area.

Feeling the love and support from the Earth,

From the Great Central Sun,

And from the beautiful Archangel Metatron.

And now feel your heart energy.

We now request an upgrade in all your relationships,

And love to infuse all of these relationships.

We ask for old issues to be dissolved.

We ask for past heartaches to be healed,

And we allow any relationships that are no longer in our highest good to melt away.

We are willing to let these go,

And we fully embrace our highest good on every level and in every area of our lives.

Take some deep breaths and allow this beautiful energy to merge with every relationship in your life,

Upgrading them and filling them with beautiful love,

Harmony,

And peace.

And now we turn to the area of your career and work.

From your heart,

Ask for alignment and an infusion of energy into your career and work life.

See this whole area as being merged with the Great Central Sun.

If you would like to change this area of your life,

Visualize the changes you would like to have happen,

And make this request sincerely from your heart.

We ask for an upgrade now in the areas of career and work.

Take some deep breaths.

We will now allow an upgrade of your money situation and financial abundance.

Take a moment to really connect with the energy of the Great Central Sun.

You will notice that it feels spacious,

Beautiful,

And loving.

You will further notice that there is no feeling of lack,

That it feels as if there is plenty to go around.

Connect with this energy of having plenty and make the request from your open heart to please allow an upgrade of your financial situation,

Your money,

To have plenty,

To enjoy having plenty,

And to feel good about it.

Allow these energies to flow through you.

Breathe deeply and allow them.

We now ask for anything that is inhibiting your receiving plenty of money to be resolved now.

We ask for this with an open heart.

Really see yourself as having plenty of financial abundance,

Plenty of money,

And ask these energies to help you to really feel this in your space,

In your energy field,

And in your body.

We now turn to the issue of health.

You deserve to have perfect health.

Once again,

With an open heart,

Connect to the energy of the Great Central Sun.

As you connect to this energy,

It will infuse your energy field with beautiful,

High vibration white light.

Allow this energy to upgrade you on every level,

Including your health.

We now make the sincere request from our hearts to please upgrade our health in alignment with Source Energy.

Anything which is negatively affecting our health,

Including self-punishment or self-sabotage,

We willingly let go of now,

And we embrace perfect health in every level,

Dimension,

Reality and timeline in our entire consciousness.

We take deep breaths and really see yourself perfectly healthy,

Merged with Source Energy and feeling the beautiful tingling energy of Metatron's sparkling white light.

Just release anything which is not serving your highest good and which is preventing you from upgrading your life to the 5th dimension.

Really imagine that you are merged with Source Energy and you are allowing Metatronic Energy to flow through your body and your energy field in order to upgrade you entirely to a higher vibration and to your highest good.

Take some deep breaths and with your open heart,

Extend thanks to all the beings that have helped us today and to Source.

Imagine bringing your energy back into your energy field so it forms a bubble all around your physical body.

Send your tree roots out of the bottoms of your feet into the core of the earth and imagine locking liquid gold in your energy field so that love and light may come in but nothing else can penetrate your shield.

And when you are ready,

You can come back into the room.
