Dear friend.
Welcome to this guided meditation,
Which purpose is to provide motivation and relief in these times that we currently live in.
Take a moment to relax,
Sit or lie down comfortably and feel your breath.
Feel those lungs that work tirelessly to provide you fresh,
Clean oxygen.
And feel your breath invigorating you and cleansing your mind and body.
We live in unprecedented times for our generations,
Where there's this invisible force which is controlling our lives,
Selling us where we can and cannot go,
What we can and cannot do.
It's not easy,
But we as humans have a history of withstanding hardships and coming out better on the other side.
That's why you are here dear friend,
Listening to this meditation.
You already know everything that I'm saying and you just need a gentle reminder that you're capable of things far beyond comprehension.
You are strong mentally and physically.
You are much more powerful than any hardship that you're facing right now.
Everything passes,
Dear friend,
But how we face it is how we live our lives.
Don't wait for hardships to pass to feel strong,
To feel loved,
To feel joyous and free.
Maybe we cannot do some of the things that we love right now,
But there is so much that we can.
We can love someone.
We can love ourselves.
We can learn something new and enrich our lives with new possibilities.
We can help someone.
We can laugh every day.
There's a whole world of possibilities only if you're open to look for them.
Don't be sad because you can't go outside.
Be happy because you're investing in yourself right now so that when you do go outside,
You're going to be much more for yourself and for everyone else.
You know what they say,
A diamond is a chunk of coal that did really well under pressure.
We are all under pressure right now and we all have capabilities to shine like diamonds.
You are here,
Dear friend,
So feel your value.
Focus on feeling amazing.
Focus on feeling happy.
Focus on the fact that you are working on yourself.
That on its own is worthy of a blessed feeling.
Come on,
Feel your brilliance.
Really feel it.
Appreciate yourself.
Sometimes we can be really tough on ourselves more than anyone else can.
Don't forget to love yourself.
Trust the timing of your life and remember you only fail when you stop trying.
Don't focus on what you don't have right now.
Rather focus on all the goods in your life.
Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions.
The struggle ends when the gratitude begins,
Dear friend.
Be grateful for all the people in your life.
Be grateful for your comfy bed,
For every next meal.
Start your day with a positive thought and a grateful heart and you will never miss anything.
