Come here for the next 21 days to listen to a new mini-meditation. Just close your eyes Deep breath and listen. This is the simplest meditation to create a habit for you. This is so short that you don't even want to miss it at all. You will find a new spot to focus on each day. As you spend time each morning with this meditation challenge you will want to come back the next day to find a new focus for your meditation. This can be a divination tool for your day where you do a specific meditation and then you go into your daily work to keep your focus on that specific thing to heal. You heal as you enter the morning with one specific area of life. If you like it don't forget to challenge a friend or a family member to complete this.

As the day begins,

You need to do many things.

Just for today,

Step back and relax for a minute.

Inhale deeply and exhale deeply.

Deep breathe in the divine blueprint of health.

Exhale out all the blockages.

This blueprint is your divine health.

And now it is yours.

With each breath,

You will experience your divine health today.

So keep breathing deeply as much as you can.

And as many times as you can consciously.

So deep breathe in your divine blueprint of health.

And exhale out all the blockages.

Enjoy this moment and we will meet tomorrow.
