Well,
Today we're going to do sound.
Maybe you already hear the sound of the birds playing in the background.
Maybe you didn't even notice it until I just mentioned it.
But that's why we're going to do this.
So you become aware of the sounds around you.
Now,
As I mentioned before,
There's never really any real silence.
Sometimes you have the sound of air conditioner heating,
You have the outdoor sounds.
There's maybe even birds and bugs that you can hear.
And just depending upon how connected you are,
You hear more.
Today we're just going to be with the sound.
No,
There are going to be sounds inside of you,
Like thoughts.
Don't hold on to them.
Don't judge them,
But just allow them to come into your brain and just roll on out.
This is what we're going to do.
We're going to breathe.
I'm going to guide you,
But lightly.
It's really about the sound.
Yes,
The sound of my voice,
But mostly about the sounds around you that you're going to connect with,
Okay?
I'm going to be moving around.
You can close your eyes.
But first.

Just breathe.
And breathe in through your nose.
Out there now.
Do that again.
And through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
And if you want to close your eyes on this next out breath,
You can.
I'll do it all.
I'll do it now.
So that's here.
And close your eyes.
You can really open.
If you leave your eyes open,
Just focus on the spot in front of you on the wall,
Ceiling,
Or floor.
Just focus on that spot.
Of your teaching to that area.
And then just connect with the sounds.
