Hi and welcome to today's short practice.

So finding a comfortable seated position,

Just having a bit of a stretch,

Rolling the shoulders,

Just gently lowering the eyes and just being still for a moment.

Just becoming aware of the sensations of the contact between you and whatever's supporting you.

Noticing the contact you're making with the floor and just with the next couple of breaths see if you can soften into that support just a little more.

Noticing any sounds you can hear around you,

Maybe close by or far away and then moving your awareness to the breath.

Just noticing that inhale and exhale movement of the breath and then when you're ready just gently open your eyes,

Come back into the space.
