Kieran Graham O’Shea is an accredited meditation and mindfulness practitioner, registered with the Meditation Association of Australia, the national peak body representing meditation and mindfulness teachers. He has specialised in Buddhist psychology, compassion cultivation training, and workplace wellbeing program development. He is currently undertaking a year-long Buddhist studies and teacher training program with Tergar, under the guidance of Mingyur Rinpoche. Since 2018, Kieran has taught and integrated mindfulness programs and workshops at the University of Melbourne and Swinburne University of Technology, helping students and staff strengthen emotional intelligence. The Be. Mindful program is a multidisciplinary wellbeing initiative offering meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation classes to academics, professional staff, and students at university. The program is now embedded within the MBA curriculum at Swinburne and was nominated for a Vice-Chancellor’s Award.
