Hi and welcome to this short check-in practice.
So wherever you are,
Just gently lowering your eyes.
Take a moment to be still and just breathe naturally.
You don't have to be anywhere else,
You don't have to do anything else.
This is your time to check in with how you're feeling,
Whatever might be there.
As you breathe,
Just softening the muscles of the face,
Allowing any tension that's there just to soften each time you exhale.
Allow the shoulders to drop,
Let the arms become heavy,
Soften the hands and the fingers and breathe nice and deeply into a soft belly,
Softening the hips,
The top of the legs,
The lower half of the legs and the feet.
Just breathing nice and deeply into that soft belly and just seeing if you can soften the body just a little bit more.
I'm taking a few nice deep breaths now,
In through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth and gently blinking open your eyes and welcome back.
