
11:11 Visualization Meditation
This meditation is designed to assist you in visualizing your full self, living in your purpose receiving the joys of the universe. Allow the sound of the crystal bowls to relieve you of any tension in the mind, body, and spirit as Kiara The Voice in experiencing our purpose. For this meditation, I find it best if you are able to lay flat on your back, possibly on a yoga mat, allowing yourself to be at peace.

Grand rising welcome to this final little meditation of this series just to give myself a little break,
Reset,
Realign my purpose,
My mission,
My story.
I think for a little bit I got dragged down into the social media spiral.
I got to get my peace back.
So it is 11 11 officially now we just want to take this time to say thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you to the universe for allowing us to be present in this moment here and now again thank you for this opportunity to start anew to start with major intention on where we wish to go on what we know that our spirit is really aligning with for allowing us a time to just be at peace to just be at peace and be in practice with our highest divinity our highest self thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you universe for allowing us a brand new day to say yes to all that we know rings so true in our souls to try ample hard to actually apply all of the lessons that we've been doing into our daily practice and to show up as us in our fullest selves always thank you for allowing us to show up as us in our fullest self always in all spaces not hearing the reception we may receive by being our true authentic self but excelling when we are our truest authentic self receiving all of the wonders from the world all of the abundance from the world thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank it's all right to just be in your space get your space together you know i'm gonna burn a little sage for us i've been feeling um a lot just feeling a lot hey kuzzle how are you the names i see you thank you for being here thank you for joining in um but i've been feeling a lot and feeling like i need to regain my alignment figure out what's my new schedule what's my new focus to always make sure i'm feeling super filled up for my day like i've been just really thinking about what makes me feel good right and doing those things and i i believe that i understand that deep understanding makes me feel good like when i when i have true clarity in all of the things that have happened in my life and i can start to put together the pieces of the puzzle that makes me feel good so especially in this time where everything else is kind of all over the place it's a great time to seek truths truths that have just been happening all around you in your personal community your family community and your love community in your relationship community what's been happening what are you cycling and what are you attracting and what do you wish to attract and how do we become able to attract those things that we know we are deserving of how do we continue to visualize and hold that vision so strong of where we're going and it's been a minute since we've done a visualization meditation but i think that it's time we do one again today i am going to take a little break from doing my weekly meditations just for the month of august so that i can really intensely and intensely look at the rest of the year for me and create i don't want to say goals but created guidelines for me to continue to activate all of the changes that i know that i need to activate within myself in order to bring about all of the changes that are right there on the other side of the door so i just need that time and i'll be back and these meditations will be living here so please tap back into the ones that we've already done there's so many on here and just know that i'm going to come back with more love and more ways to tap in and get get right get filled with love get filled with self yourself you know together you can invite more people if you would like take a moment right now to just invite a few people into the room i'm actually going to do that i never usually do that but i'm going to invite a few people into the room right now just so that i can say that i did that you know sometimes you don't tell people what's going on and what you're doing and you think that people get used to what you're doing at certain times but you gotta let people know what's happening in your life always constantly remind them of the good that you're putting out into the universe of the changes that you're looking to activate within yourself constantly remind them of all things all things all things all things sorry just a few more people i'm just going down a list right here just who's coming up for me right here there's people all over east coast west coast so who knows what people are really into right now but okay boom said i had too many recipients there we go so now all right blessings get your space together get your love right and i want you to first begin by tapping into your breath breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth now really just filling yourself up with each and every inhale with the full abundance of the world and the universe around us really just filling yourself up with everything everything everything everything that you need with trust understanding with focus recognition with peace with guidance everything everything everything that you need coming into on that inhale and exhaling and releasing any tension you may be feeling in your mind any tension you may be feeling in your body any tension you may be feeling in your spirit release allowing it to flow out from you creating a total body relaxation creating complete surrender in your vessel creating complete surrender in your being creating complete readiness in the here and now free from attachments to what has happened and free from attachments to what has yet to come breathing deeply in through the nose filling up yourself completely with that fresh new energy and just when you feel like you can't take any more sips take one more sip of air before releasing exhaling with control allowing all of that energy to flow out from you so releasing any tension you may be feeling in your feet release breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth releasing tension you may be feeling in your toes and then the soles of your feet release in the heels in the ankles release breathing deeply in through the nose filling up your body completely exhaling and releasing releasing any tension you may be feeling in your shins and your ankles release so your quads and your hamstrings release breathing Deep breathing deeply into the nose.
Filling up your lungs completely with fresh new love,
Fresh new energy,
Fresh new light.
Exhaling and releasing any tension you may be feeling in your hips and your groin.
Deep breathing deeply into the nose.
In and out,
Through the mouth.
Release any tension you may be feeling in your lower back.
Any tension you may be feeling in your lower abdomen.
Release,
Breathing deeply here into your womb space.
Allowing yourself to fill your vessels deeper into the floor beneath you.
With each exhale,
Total surrender,
Bringing you into this present moment here and now.
Releasing tension from your sides and your obliques.
Release,
Breathing deeply into the nose.
In and out,
Through the mouth.
In through the nose.
In and out,
Through the mouth.
Releasing tension in the mid and upper back.
Release.
Releasing tension in the shoulders and the chest.
Release,
Breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Allowing yourself to just feel your heartbeat.
Fueling you with love always,
Constantly.

Exhaling and releasing.
Releasing tension in your forearms and in your biceps and your triceps.
