Vajrasati Yoga teacher and teacher trainer. Khadine has been practicing yoga and meditation since the mid-90s and teaching since 2004 yoga and training yoga teachers since 2014. She has a master's degree (with distinction!) from SOAS University, London in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation. As well as a passion for asana, pranayama and meditation practices Khadine has special interests in tantra, yoganidrā and dream yoga and loves to share all of these subjects with her students. Khadine's passion includes teaching practical experiential techniques of yoga and meditation as well as more workshop and classroom type study of nerdy yoga philosophy and history! Her philosophy is one of looking to wake up to the ultimate reality and to help others to do so too.
