Very close to meditation, it is a question here of emptying yourself by landing in a calm place and letting yourself be guided by your dreams (which should then be noted so as not to forget them and to interpret them). This practice could just as easily be indicative of buried trauma as it reveals new perspectives for the future and deep cravings that you are not even aware of. Have a nice trip! Namaste
