Where you feel safe and secure,
Loved and adored.
And everything is calm.
Everything is so peaceful.
It is so beautiful.
And it has a wonderful healing quality and essence.
Make it as alive and real as you can.
When you breathe in,
What do you smell?
Notice what you're wearing.
What are you standing upon?
Look to the left and look to the right.
It feels good to be in this place.
And I want you,
Dear one,
To feel even better.
So I would like for you to have someone to be there with you.
So you won't feel alone on this journey of yours.
So you can pick someone who is alive or is passed on.
It could be an angel.
It could be an animal.
It could be someone in a book or a TV show.
It really doesn't matter.
What matters most is that you really feel supported.
That you feel loved and cherished.
And that it's okay.
So I want you to see that person,
Being or animal,
In your mind's eye now.
And they are looking at you with such adoring eyes.
And either they take your hand or you take their paw.
And yes,
This might make you smile.
For it makes me smile for you.
And I want you to just stay in this wonderful,
Healing place while I speak to you.
While I speak to your spirit and your super-conscious.
Because since the very beginning,
The very beginning when you came into this world,
There is a part of you that remembers.
That inner central core of existence.
That place deep within.
The central part of the mind and body.
It's listening right now.
It's that place of inner harmony and inner calm.
It's a quiet stillness.
A place of inner healing powers and life force.
And that's where you are right now.
And remembering that from the very beginnings of existence,
The mind and body have known how to heal themselves.
The body,
Your divine body,
Knows how to heal over scrapes and wounds and even injuries.
How to generate new healthy cells and tissue whenever needed.
And your body knows equally well how to regulate its own healthy functioning.
Regulating your heart rate and breathing without you telling it to do so.
Your body regulates your temperature and blood pressure all effortlessly,
Unconsciously,
Automatically maintained at moderate healthy levels.
And the body,
Knowing how to maintain its own healthy blood chemistry.
Maintaining the necessary hormonal and chemical components for a healthy functioning mind and body.
Maintaining and regulating the serotonin levels.
The potassium,
The endorphins.
All the necessary hormonal and chemical components that allow for an active,
Alert mind and body.
But without over excitement or over stimulation.
And in similar fashion,
The body,
Your body,
Functions in a way where it's maintaining an immune system effortlessly.
Automatically warding off invading organisms before they have a chance to gain a foothold.
Building resistance.
Maintaining resistance.
Building antibodies.
The white blood cells surrounding the invading viruses or bacteria.
Like beautiful white nights on white chargers.
And the body,
Your body,
Dear one,
Knows how to regulate its metabolic system.
The metabolism being designed to help us stabilize our bodies at a normal,
Moderate,
Healthy level.
And in every way,
Mind and body working for health.
Healing.
Maintenance of healthy functioning.
This is what you want,
Yes.
This is what I want for you.
And somehow,
You know all these inner resources are hearing your call now.
For a miracle.
For a healing.
Your spirit hears my words.
Your unconscious hears my prayers for you.
As you can feel the strength,
The growth,
The healing,
The life force flowing through you now.
Making everything easier.
For you are willing to surrender this fear and situation to your Creator right now.
And when you let go and trust everything.
Everything turns out perfectly.
Trusting that each step you take is perfectly guided.
And yes,
You will find that you have some strength that you didn't even know you had.
So in this magical place of yours and with your special friend,
I want you to imagine a picture on the ground that is broken into a thousand pieces.
Now begin to pick up the pieces and put them back together again.
For you are no longer broken.
You no longer allow this situation and physical condition to make you feel broken or devastated or even helpless.
You are picking up the pieces one by one.
Putting together a puzzle that reflects the mastery of who you are.
For you have strength.
You have courage.
You are precious.
You are safe and secure.
And you allow every physical,
Emotional,
Mental and spiritual problem and any and all inappropriate behaviors or beliefs based on the old feelings and thoughts that created this dis-ease within your body to quickly disappear.
With total forgiveness and unconditional love,
You delete the old feelings and thoughts that created the malignant cells within your body.

From your energy field and from your cellular memory.
As you affirm with me now.
