Hello,
This is Harriet Empowered Within.
And let's have a little fun exploring today.
To explore space and maybe some planets in our universe.
And we're going to do all of this with your wonderful creative imagination.
And so get in a comfortable position.
You could be sitting down or lying back on a mat or in bed.
And once your eyes are closed,
Taking a few slow deep full belly breaths.
Like you're filling your belly full of air like a balloon and slowly let it out.
That's it.
And again full belly breath and let it out.
Now the sound you hear right now is actually a vibration.
It's the sound of Jupiter in space.
Pretty neat isn't it?
And imagine that you could see the planet Jupiter right now.
See it in your mind's eye.
Now you could be in a space suit or a spacecraft.
You could imagine that you're even a superhero out in space.
That's right.
And listen to the sound that Jupiter makes.
It's pretty neat.
And I want you to notice how you just float and glide through space,
Through our universe.
Look at the millions of stars.
Explore.
Look at Mars.
In Venus.
Even get close to the Milky Way.
It's so beautiful.
Maybe you even see satellites in space.
And you know I hear there's even some space stations.
And you know my friend,
I'm one of those people that believe that there is life out there in our universe.
So imagine you discover a planet that has life on it.
And the people on this planet are nice.
They're friendly.
How do they look to you?
Some might look angelic.
Almost like angels without wings.
Some might be very,
Very tall with blue eyes and blonde hair.
Some might look like almost bird people.
And imagine how everything is in harmony and peace.
For deep down inside,
I think that's what everyone wants.
Is peace on Earth.
Peace in the universe.
And peace among one another.
And so go explore this planet.
What do the animals look like?
Or other creatures?
What does their sky look like?
Their buildings,
Homes and structures?
Their towns or cities or space stations?
And if they have spacecrafts,
What do they look like?
What are they made of?
How fast would they move or glide through the air?
And if you talked to someone on this planet,
How would they sound?
Pretty neat using your imagination,
Isn't it?
I think so.
For your imagination,
It's your friend.
I mean all the great inventors in this world first started with a thought,
An idea,
An imagination to build something,
To create something that we all now use and depend upon in this world.
And so explore this planet a little bit more.
And when you've had enough,
You can go to another planet,
A different one.
You can even go explore various stars or space stations.
And notice how calm,
Relaxed and content you feel right now.
As if you could just float in space.
That you could just float in space.
Light and free.
And white-less.
It feels good,
Doesn't it?
So let's go explore Saturn perhaps.
As you get closer to Saturn's rings,
You can really hear the sound of it,
Can't you?
That vibration.
Every planet has a sound,
A vibration,
A frequency and a tone.
And so imagine gliding closer to Saturn's rings.
You really hear it now,
Don't you?
That sound.
The frequency and tone it emits in space.
And what if you could walk on those rings or float just above them?
What does it look like?
It's pretty amazing.
Just like you.
For you're amazing.
You're special.
You're unique.
And you matter.
And it feels good to be peaceful.
It feels good to be away from it all.
Away from the worries.
Away from the drama.
Away away.
And to just float in space.
To just be peaceful and still.
Quiet and calm.
But you could just drift into the sweetest dreams.
The most peaceful nap if you like.
That's right.
For when you open your eyes,
Whether it's in the morning or when you wake from this nap,
You'll feel oh so calm.
Oh so good.
That's right.
And so for now,
Just enjoy.
Explore space in the planets a little longer if you like.
It's all good.
That's right.
Enjoy.

I like this: the way the imagination is stimulated. My children don't speak english otherwise I would have played it to them. Thank you
