Hello,
This is Gary and allow yourself to be in a comfortable position,
Giving yourself at least 20 to 25 minutes of peace and relaxation,
Free of your daily worries,
Concerns,
Free from distractions.
So if you like,
You can sit back or lie back,
Just allow yourself to become comfortable,
Quieting your mind,
Closing your eyes.
If you need to shift your body weight around,
Then do so now.
Uncross your arms and legs,
Become comfortable in the space you find yourself resting in.
Allow the small of your back to be supported in a way that is best for you.
Move into a position that supports you and is most comfortable.
Begin to inhale slowly and deeply.
As you exhale slowly,
Focus on your outward breath and repeat,
Slowly breathing in and out.
Notice whether you are as comfortable as you can possibly be.
Continue your breathing in and out.
That's it.
In and out.
Loud,
Peaceful,
Quiet,
And still.
As you continue taking slow,
Deep breaths,
You become aware that you're relaxing more and more,
Becoming even more comfortable.
Noticing with every breath you exhale,
You then fill your lungs with fresh,
New air.
Feel the sensation,
Of your muscles relaxing,
Releasing tensions one after the other.
Notice if you notice how much clearer your thoughts are becoming.
Lighter,
Clearer,
Until you become aware that all your tensions and concerns within you have smoothly melted away.
Allowing space for positive and optimistic feelings to fill you.
You're enjoying that sensation and how wonderful it feels.
Draped with silk around your shoulders.
Smooth,
Light,
Warm and cool,
All at the same time.
Feelings of enhanced optimism and cheerfulness washed over you and through you.
Feelings of the inner peace you're now experiencing.
And how your tensions subside.
Comfortably in the space you're in.
A sweet,
Subtle sensation.
A buoyancy begins.
And you start to rise and float gently through the air.
How new this sensation of weightlessness.
How free and liberating it is.
Much like a gentle breeze moving through the air.
The current moving you gently.
Nudging you softly through the air.
And you become aware and notice that you're supported and protected at all times.
You have no cares,
Worries,
Stresses that you need to hold on to.
You realize,
Dear one,
It's okay for you to just let go.
Just let go.
That which no longer serves you.
Or you have a need for.
And you know what that is,
Do you not?
Know you are safe.
Floating through the air.
Anytime you would like to be firmly back on the ground,
You just need to think it.
And it will be done.
You know,
My friend,
You are totally supported and protected.
During this journey of light-heartedness.
Floating.
Carefree in this present moment.
Drifting lightly through the air.
Allow yourself to continue gently floating through the air.
Free.
Relaxed.
Easily.
Light and buoyant.
Every now and again.
Pushed along by the gentle breeze.
Nudged in a different direction.
Maybe you would like to reflect at how perfect this is for you now.
And create that inner smile as you do so.
Smiling at the simplicity of this divine moment in time.
Simply float.
And relax.
As you drift through the air,
You become aware of fluffy clouds of lavender and gold forming around you.
You can possibly notice more and more appearing around you.
Some clouds lighter than others.
Some misty.
And some thick.
Heavy.
Though always the colors of lavender and gold.
As more and more drift past you and all around you,
An idea comes to you that it's possible you can actually stand on these clouds.
And quite safely too.
Now an amazing thought washes over you.
That it's possible for you to leapfrog over every single cloud.
Left and right.
Here and there.
You can see yourself bouncing.
Hopping.
Laughing and giggling.
Just like a child.
Filled with an abundance of youthful joy.
From big clouds to small puffs of clouds.
You can set your mind to search for a memory.
Of when the last time was.
When you had such great fun.
And experienced such exhilarating freedom.
Limitless.
Endless.
Edgeless.
And free.
Observe it.
Hear the messages.
Feel the flow.
Now it's time for you to begin to slow down.
And step from lavender cloud to the next gold.
Gold.
Lavender.
Gold and lavender.
Until finally you discover you can lie down and stretch out.
And on the gently drifting puffs of mist.
For they fully support you.
Now lying here.
You find there is contentment.
And peace.
Right here.
Right now.
Amongst the mist.
Breeze and colour.
And it's oh so relaxing.
Oh so soothing.
So peaceful.
You know you can let go now.
Of that which has been bothering you.
Remembering the fun experience you had only moments earlier.
And having the freedom to express yourself.
The freedom to express your true self.
Your true inner being.
Notice now how much more centred.
And balanced you can become.
If you would like to.
And how easy it is to find your inner power.
And strength.
When you are centred.
Relaxed.
And at peace with yourself.
Honouring yourself.
Valuing yourself.
Loving yourself.
Even forgiving yourself.
You can start to feel really good about yourself.
And see yourself in a much more positive light.
You know somehow that the colour gold can revitalise.
And energise.
And heal.
The colour gold can provide the right amount of energy you need for anything you do.
Take a moment now to smile.
And notice how much in the present moment you are right here.
Right now.
Experience inner balance.
Peace.
And calm.
When it's time for you to return.
Gently float back into your body.
Reconnecting with your body.
With your environment.
Noticing your feet.
Knowing you are grounded.
And integrated deep within your body.
Allowing for a safe landing.
Returning now to the space you're in.
Wiggling your toes.
Wiggling your fingers.
Safely.
Easily and comfortably.
Fully awake and alert.
Bringing back with you all those positive fun feelings you experienced during your meditation.
And you know.
You can access this place of lavender and gold clouds any time you wish.
When it's a time appropriate for you.
And you know when that will be,
Don't you?
You do indeed.
Knowing all of this is so.
All is well.
All is well.
All is well.
And so my friend.
We are complete.
