Hi,

This is Carrie,

And thank you for being with me here today to listen to some positive affirmations to remind you who you truly are inside and out.

So you can either sit back,

You can lie back,

And just listen.

And if you like,

You can repeat the words to yourself in your mind,

Or either out loud.

But when you do repeat it,

You want to repeat it with feelings and emotions.

If you don't feel the positive affirmations,

That's okay.

You can just listen.

And when a time comes,

It will become a part of you.

Because everyone is filled with doubt,

Or questions,

Or hesitation,

That's perfectly normal.

So enjoy as we begin to speak the truth about who you are.

I am a wonderful person.

I am wonderfully creative.

I am unique.

I am important.

I take great pride in myself.

I am courageous.

I am empowered.

I listen to my feelings.

I honor my feelings.

My feelings are a message to my body and mind when something is going good and when something doesn't feel good.

I value my feelings.

I value my body.

I value my mind.

I am hopeful.

I am a positive person.

I am harmonious.

I accept myself.

I am perfectly imperfect.

I am forgiving of others.

I am forgiving towards myself.

I am insightful.

I am meaningful.
