I play it every time I am away on a team meeting, just to help settle, focus, get rid of any fragments of anxiety, and set an intention to take the meetings seriously and professionally. Thank you... you have a beautiful voice but there is a beet that you use in the background that gives me a migraine but when it stops towards the end I feel relaxed.... I don’t like to say things that are negative but I love the words you are saying....
