Hello and welcome to your intuition and soul connection meditation.
Go ahead and find a comfortable spot to drop in,
Shift however you might need to,
And settle in and close your eyes.
And as you sit there start to just feel your own body,
Just notice any sensations you're experiencing.
Notice where you feel tightness or tension or lightness or ease.
Just creating awareness of your experience right now.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and let it out the sigh.
Let's do one more of those.
Now I want you to imagine yourself sitting in a wonderful magical forest.
You can feel the earth beneath your seat,
Smell the crisp clean air,
And just let the energy of the forest ground you,
Ground your spirit.
As you take a deep breath in and then out move that breath down your body,
Sinking your body closer to the earth.
Do another one of those.
Now you notice a white ball of light floating right to the crown of your head and as it moves down it starts to relax at each part that it touches.
It moves to the top of the crown and just feel the top of your crown just start to relax.
As it continues to move down to the third eye,
Your nose,
Your temples,
Just feel those parts of your body just start to relax.
It continues its journey down the body and you feel your jaw release.
Maybe your mouth opens a bit.
You feel the muscles in your neck let go.
You feel your shoulders drop,
Your chest ease up,
Your stomach relaxes,
Your abdomen releases any tension and it moves down your hips,
Your legs,
Down to your feet and your toes,
Relaxing each part as it moves.
As you take a deep breath into this relaxation,
Go ahead and push yourself up off the grass,
Feeling the grass underneath your hands as you do.
As you stand up notice that you're barefoot and can feel the earth beneath your feet and as you start to walk you come to the top of a beautiful stone stairway.
The stairway leads down into the valley of your soul where you can access deeper connection,
Deeper intuition.
As you take the first step,

Feeling relaxation wash over you again,

Relaxing even deeper,

Deeper and deeper,

Taking another step down now,

In the next step you'll be in this valley of your soul,

And just feel the difference here.
You can feel the air,
It feels a bit different,
Even smells a bit different.
There's something more magical about this place.
You start to notice animals you see in the distance,
Colorful lights floating around.
You notice that you just feel at ease here and as you start to walk through this valley,
Find a little meadow,
A spot that's quite comfortable and you take a stop here and just take it all in,
Take in the beauty of the space and take a moment to just reconnect with with your being and your next breath you drop energy from the earth and let that move all the way up your body up to your third eye and as you release it moves down your body collecting and I'm almost a little pot at your sacral chakra,
That earth energy.
You're gonna do a few breaths like that here,
Drawing up energy from the earth up to your third eye and then down to your pelvis,
Sacral chakra area,
Letting the earth energy gather there,
Feeling that area activate.
Taking another up and then down,
One more drawing the earth energy up to the third eye and down to the pelvis and sacral chakra area.
Just noticing any sensation you feel here,
Sacral chakra,
Your third eye and as you look ahead you see someone walking towards you.
They've seemed familiar and you recognize them as your soul,
As the true embodiment of your soul,
Of your being.
Just notice,
Notice how beautiful they are,
Notice how they carry themselves,
The energy they exude,
The confidence.
Notice how they look as you take it all in.
Notice that this is you.
All of the beautiful things about this embodiment are all in you and go ahead and just stand right in front of your soul and I invite you to ask them anything that you want to know about you,
About your path and take your time and let whatever insights want to come.
They may come as knowings,
As words,
Images,
Feelings.
I invite you to ask without expectation,
Knowing that you will remember it all,
All of that you need to know.
Take some time connecting with your soul here and let any last insights come through now,
Knowing that time works differently here and everything can come through as quickly as you want.
You may choose to offer a gesture of gratitude to your soul and take in beauty of this land,
Knowing that this is a place you can access at any time,
That you will be back.
