This is an audio transmission that was a part of an immersion, diving into earth-connection and Magick, the celtic wheel of the year, and bringing forth your unique artistry into Magick and creation. It walks through the framework of the Three Cauldrons (energy centers) for energy mastery and harmony within your own system. I would love to hear what insights come through for you and any questions that may arise :)

Hi,

Loves.

How are you?

If you just take a moment,

Take a breath,

Just drop in with me a bit.

It's going to be,

I don't know if shifting gears is the right word,

But getting into just some topics that I feel quite passionate about and just diving deeper into some layers of magics.

I feel so much of what people think magic is is actually really just about what we've been talking about the last handful of days,

Which is the getting into the body,

The unlayering,

The shedding,

The connecting to your heart service,

Being open to receiving and cultivating magic by romancing these seemingly mundane moments.

And yet then there's deeper layers that we can drop into.

Just get into the earthy roots of magic even more.

And there's so many ways this can come through,

And each person might have their own unique connection to it.

You're going to have your own unique coding or pulse of how this flows through you.

And so I encourage you to filter this through that.

It can be so easy sometimes to be following a certain path or a lineage and to just do it exactly as it's laid out and then start to feel kind of disconnected from the magic of it because it's not flowing through your unique coding and your unique system.

And so it's so great to both weave in community and the same focus and then bring it forth through your own.

Artistic approach,

Your own creative approach.

And so I'll be speaking to you about things that I geek out on and get passionate about and then see what excites you,

See what it inspires in you.

What does it then lead you to?

How does it land what pieces don't?

What does it spark for you about your own lineage?

Because maybe you have different lineages.

Mine are particularly more Nordic and Celtic.

And for some of you.

.

.

Here,

That's similar.

But for some of you,

It's probably not.

And so we can see how that feels for you to receive that.

And knowing that a lot of these paths interweave.

There's a lot of actual overlap between the Rose Lineage,

The Vedic path,

And the Celtic path.

There is crossover and sharing of information.

And also through the quantum field,

We can see that,

You know,

How was it that certain.

.

.

Certain practices before there was globalization pop up in all these different areas where there was no contact,

Right?

And so I believe that that is through either the quantum field,

Through spirit.

And if you want to get super down the rabbit holes,

I highly recommend checking out Greg Braden,

Missing Links.

There's pretty interesting stuff in there that can be a little wacky for some people,

But he actually is a prevent.

So I love blending the science and spirit for me.

Like,

Having the tangible science behind the why helps my mind to get on board so that I can just relax into the magic.

And so perhaps that's the same for you.

But there's a lot more than meets the eye in this world.

They say,

According to some science,

That civilization is only 5,

000 years old.

And yet,

There's archaeological research that shows.

.

.

That there's civilizations from 10,

000,

20,

000,

Like,

100,

000 years back.

There are,

In some of these docuseries,

There are archaeological finds that have these,

Like,

Unique balls that have these carvings in them that were from the eras where there was literally just,

Like,

Amoebas on the earth.

And you go under,

How did those get there?

And so they say that civilization's only 5,

000 years old,

And yet what it's actually showing is that every 5,

000 years,

There's been a civilization that's been wiped out,

But then some survive and one restarts.

There's,

Like,

Civilizations from so long ago where there's actually.

.

.

They found batteries and flushable toilets.

And so there's always kind of this,

Like,

Step back when it restarts,

And yet some information stays through.

And yet,

There's this way in which there's these deep advancements earlier on and earlier on and earlier on,

And so each civilization can get more advanced.

And so where does that information come from?

That,

To me,

Just feels like an interesting inquiry and mystery,

And there's different,

You know,

Assumptions we can make about that,

But I'll just leave it at that mystery for now.

And so I just speak to that,

And there's so many other ways we can speak.

I'll talk to it from science,

Like quantum physics and how that all works,

Of how mysterious this world is.

And so whether you believe in God and intelligent design,

Or maybe you're a little bit more fluid and you're not sure,

Or you believe in the universe and something must have created this,

But you don't know what,

Or maybe you follow the Vedic path or the Celtic path,

Whatever.

Whatever path it is,

We can start to see that there is more mystery here than meets the eye.

There is more magic here than meets the eye.

There's not really any getting around that.

And so I really love to learn from a lot of different paths,

To have a connection to these different ways of being,

And yet,

For me,

It's also been a reclamation of the word God.

And approaching it in a different way.

After growing up Baptist and then steering way far away from that and going to nothing,

And then finding spirituality,

But being really against religion for a while,

I found almost my way back to it in a sense with the Magdalene path,

Of just really getting to connect to the pure energetics of Yeshua,

Of Mary Magdalene,

Of reclaiming this word God for myself.

I got to deeply connect to Celtic spirituality,

Spirituality in my roots.

And that's a path that I feel deeply resonant with.

It feels really connected to the earth for me,

Really rooted for me.

And for some of you here,

We've gone in deep written to this,

But I'll just touch on it for now.

One thing that I really love about the Celtic path is the weaving with the cyclical nature of the earth.

And I feel sometimes in our society,

There's a deep disconnection from the earth,

And that's where a lot of illness stems from.

When we're out of sync with the rhythms of the earth and with the actual Schumann resonance,

It can create illness or disharmony,

Disresonance in the body,

In the energy system,

In the meridians.

And so for some of you here,

It might be more of like an actual connection to the earth spirits or like animals.

It might be more of an animism or recognition of spirit within these beings,

Within these trees,

Or within the waters,

The fire,

The elements.

And for some,

It might be more of seeing nature as an expression of God's creation and honoring and connecting to it as an expression of that.

And so you can find what feels resonant for you.

And so the Celtic way of the year,

It takes us through this cyclical and sort of,

Sort of cosmic journey with the mythology surrounding it with Samhain,

Halloween being the new year.

And if you're not familiar with these,

You can see how actually these holidays originated in the Celtic path and then were kind of adopted and shifted by the church because they wanted them to convert.

And so they thought,

Well,

We can't get them to stop celebrating these.

Maybe we can just,

Make the shift these holidays so that they will align with us essentially.

And so we even see that with Christmas,

Of course,

Jesus was not actually born in December,

But Christmas connects to Yule and winter solstice,

Which the cosmic story,

The mythology behind that is that this is the darkest time of the year.

And yet it also celebrates the return of the sun,

God,

And so then we can kind of see that playing out with Christmas as well,

The return of the sun,

Right?

The,

The sun being birthed.

And so as we weave through the winter,

The spring,

The summer,

The fall,

And we take another turn of the wheel,

Another turn of the wheel,

We can see how energetically we turn with the wheel and we can see how it's going to change us.

And we can see how energetically we turn with the wheel and we can see how it's going to change us.

And we can see how energetically we turn with the wheel and we can see how it's going to change us.

And we can see how energetically we turn with the wheel and we can see how it's going to change us.

And we can see how if we don't turn with the wheel,

How that can create a lot of friction or disharmony in our body.

So have you ever had a winter where actually it's more busy than the summer and you're working harder,

You're working more,

Maybe you work in customer service and they have you working longer hours and you're working holidays and then you have to afford presents and spend time with family and you're kind of stressed out.

And then maybe you get sick.

A lot of people get sick during the winter.

And with the shift in weather,

We can be more susceptible.

But I deeply believe it's because we're not nourishing our bodies in the ways they want to be nourished during this season that we get sick.

And we can see how our bodies cycle with this in deeper layers.

So the male hormonal cycle is quite different than women's.

If you look at charts of males,

The male hormones compared to female hormones,

They look quite different.

The male hormones seem a lot more even.

They actually go on a 24-hour cycle.

So men do have a cycle,

But it's 24 hours.

Whereas women have the 28-day cycle generally.

It could,

You know,

On average,

At least not generally.

And so that can vary a bit.

But we see that for women's cycles,

Your bleed,

Your moon time,

Your moon time syncs up with the energetic,

Syncs of the winter,

Of the winter solstice,

Of the depth,

The darkness,

The void.

This also aligns to the energetic of the crone if we're speaking to the triple goddess.

And so the triple goddess and the threes being quite significant in this path.

And then as we move towards spring,

In the female body,

We move towards our own inner,

Our inner spring,

Our follicular phase.

So we're fertile.

It's like this rising,

It's the maiden archetype.

Culminating in summer ovulation,

The mother being pregnant,

That fullness.

And we see that play out in the mythology,

The Celtic way of the year as well.

And then as we move towards fall,

The shedding,

The time of letting go,

Yet reaping the harvest,

From the summer and all the efforts we have put in.

We reap the harvest,

Yet we start to slow down.

And there can be often this inner fire.

It's like this wild woman within.

So that's that luteal phase,

That shedding before menstruation.

So you can see this deep connection to nature through that path,

Through the wheel of the year.

And what I love about that path is,

The connection to the earth,

To the elements,

To the recognition that we are nature.

We are of nature.

We will go back to nature at the end.

And of course our soul goes on,

But our physical body goes back to the earth.

And so I love to personally focus my connection to magic through my connection to the earth.

Years ago,

I started to recognize that the more connected I was to the earth,

The more my intuition and psychic senses developed.

And that just kind of came accidentally.

And it came because they just blew open and it was really destabilizing.

And I couldn't be out in public.

I couldn't look at a computer.

I get vertigo in groups.

It was just too much for me to take in.

I was hearing voices.

I was seeing things.

And so all I could do was go into the forest and set a ritual space in nature.

And it helped me to hear things in a more clear way.

And I started to just listen to the energies of the trees.

And for me,

It was particularly the redwoods.

That's where it came through the strongest.

These ancient,

Ancient beings,

These oldest trees that have been around for so long.

They've seen so much.

They hold that wisdom.

And even if we just think on a,

Like,

Cellular,

Energetic quantum physics level,

Even if you don't believe that they hold a spirit,

Like,

There is energy imprints that get stored,

Right,

In the cells.

I remember four years ago,

I was in Hawaii,

And I put my hands on this really old,

Beautiful grandmother tree.

And then I started seeing these visions of,

Like,

Wars,

And people chasing each other.

And it was like seeing,

Seeing almost what the tree had seen in the past on that land play out.

And so particularly for my path,

I feel a deep connection to the wisdom of the trees.

I feel they have a lot to say.

I feel they have a lot to learn from them.

And so that's where I like to go to offer,

To listen,

To share,

To come with no expectations and just give,

To do energy work to trees.

And then just be available to listen.

What do they have to share?

And so you might find that you have a connection to a particular type of earth being or a particular element.

For me,

I feel that mostly in the redwoods.

So when I'm not living in the redwoods,

It actually tends to come through in different ways.

There's been moments in my life where different elements come through stronger and you might find the same.

So it's almost like when you need them the most.

There's been times years ago when I really deeply felt the winds because it was after my nanny who I was very close to passed and it felt like the winds were carrying her spirit.

Like she was delivering me messages.

It felt so alive when the winds touched my skin.

And as someone who has a lot of fire in their chart,

I feel that deep connection to the fire as I feel it ignites the fire within me and it helps to transmute,

To clear,

To purify.

And perhaps you feel a connection to the waters.

Perhaps you have a lot of water in your chart.

Perhaps you just love that feeling of clearing through the waters washing through you.

That fluidity of life,

That flow of life.

And so my invitation to you is to just tune into what do you feel the most connected?

Connected to?

And bring an offering there this week.

You can even share with us what that offering is.

I've been feeling this deep connection to apples lately and I was in a therapy session and she guided me into just being guided to somewhere in nature.

And I saw this apple orchard that I grew up on.

I grew up spending most of my time in nature.

I spent most of my time on a ranch outside of Santa Cruz and running through the forest,

Catching lizards and snakes and they would put us to work picking apples.

And I saw myself back in this apple orchard and my partner down the road has a bunch of apple trees on his land and we've been making things with them and just had this knowing like okay,

I need to be giving offerings to the apple trees.

And so just listen to these little nudges and follow them.

They might not seem like that big of a deal or like it would really make a difference,

But it does.

But it does.

You will be surprised when you listen and follow it.

It's shifting something in the energetic field.

And then just watch and see what other ripples get created in your life.

Perhaps you feel drawn to particular plants or working with certain plant magic in the form of herbalism.

Perhaps that's your form of magic.

Growing plants,

Making medicine,

Putting your love and prayers into it.

The medicines I've created that I've put my prayers into have been that much more potent for people,

Hands down.

And you can start to develop a relationship with certain plants.

So that's why I asked you all,

What plant do you feel most connected to these days?

And of course you can develop a connection to all plants and all earth beings,

But they have personalities.

And you'll start to get to know the different personalities.

And maybe pick one or a few that you feel particularly connected to to deepen with.

Perhaps even do like a mini diet for yourself.

And you don't have to do like a full dieta diet,

But if you feel particularly connected to the rose,

Maybe each day you're making a strong brewed rose tea and sipping that.

Perhaps you're buying roses and keeping them in your house.

Offering roses to the trees.

Offering rose milk and honey or doing baths with that.

Oils with roses.

Things like that.

Give yourself even a month or 40 days like a true sadhana.

Sit and hold the rose and meditate with it.

Journal or open your field and write as the rose.

How does the rose want to speak to the world?

What lessons does the rose have for the world?

They teach us if we only just listen.

I've been having a,

Just like a rebirthing in my work and how I bring it forward and how I weave like my rose lineage path with the Celtic path.

And something that came through just while in the car the other day,

And I was like,

Oh,

This is so beautiful.

And I've been just re-overhauling everything because of this,

Is this idea of the three cauldrons.

And so I actually have renamed my sessions or I'm in the process of renaming my sessions like a three cauldrons massage and somatic release.

And a lot of my work is going to be through this way.

So it's just listening.

Like,

How does this want to come through me?

How does this want to come through me?

And I invite you to listen.

How does your medicine want to come through you?

And so the three cauldrons is actually also relates to the three dantiennes,

If you're familiar with the Taoist path.

And so the first cauldron lies within the pelvic floor.

The second is in the heart and the third is in the head.

And so the first one when we're born is straight up.

If you think of these as like cauldrons or chalices.

The heart one,

I say when you're born,

It's on your side,

But through emotions,

Emotions,

Emotions,

Emotions,

Emotions,

And emotional experiences and emotional development,

It gets turned upwards.

And then as that gets turned upward,

We're able to connect to the higher one.

And through spiritual development,

It starts upside down,

It's turned upward.

And so when these are all in harmony,

We're in energetic harmony,

We're in deep alignment,

And it also relates to physical health.

From the Chinese medicine perspective,

There's actually a meridian that,

You know,

There's actually a meridian that,

You know,

There's actually a meridian that,

You know,

Goes up and down the front body and back body.

There's the conception vessel in the front body and the governing vessel in the back body.

So there's literally this meridian line that connects these cauldrons together.

And they say the conception vessel is one of the most significant vessels in the body for supporting creative endeavors,

Development,

Fulfillment of goals,

And childbirth.

And so we see how these are all connected.

And so we see how these are all connected.

The creative endeavors,

Development,

And childbirth are all connected.

And so whether we are fueling this energy into actually birthing a child or not,

It's highly important that there's union within the body of not just the womb or pelvis and heart,

But also with that head center,

That connection to intuition or connection to magic.

That's when we can really bring forth our medicine into the world.

That's when we can hear the clear messages and put them into action,

Embody them,

Walk them forward.

And so I wanna give you some time to reflect on that and let us know,

What does this bring up for you?

What does this inspire for you?

Is there a certain element you're most connected to or a plant,

An offering you feel called to give,

A practice you feel called to put into work in your life?

When you reflect on the connection of the three cauldrons,

Do they feel connected for you?

Where is there a disconnection?

How can you allow them to be in more harmony?

And how can you see what that might do for you in your life?

What might that shift for you?

All right,

Sending love.
