Please find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
To your eyes to be closed if possible and focus on your breathing,
Just allowing the mind just to calm down,
Calming the mind coming into the body.
And as you relax,
You need to imagine yourself floating on the surface of a vast ocean.
The water is deep and the sun rays are gently warming your body as you're floating.
You feel weightless and at peace.
Now picture a friendly whale gracefully swimming beneath the surface of the water below you.
This whale represents your inner wisdom,
Depths of your mind.
Like a whale,
You have the ability to dive deep into your inner world,
Exploring the vast mysterious depths of your being.
Imagine yourself swimming alongside the whale.
With every breath,
You dive deeper into the ocean,
Leaving the surface world behind you.
As you descend,
The sunlight beams start to fade and the water around you becomes cooler and darker.
Feel the pressure of the water around you,
But know that you are safe and protected.
You are not alone.
The whale is guiding you,
Showing you how to navigate the depths of your own mind.
As you continue to descend,
Observe the beautiful marine life that surrounds you.
Schools of colorful fish,
Glowing jellyfish and other fascinating creatures,
Illuminating the depths of the ocean with their vibrant colors.
This vibrant underwater world represents the richness and diversity of your thoughts and your emotions and experiences.
With each breath,
You go deeper and deeper.
With each breath,
You go deeper and deeper.
And your connection to the whale grows stronger.
The whale communicates with you through gentle vibrations and soothing songs,
Helping you unlock the treasures hidden within your mind.
As you and the whale dive even deeper,
You reach a mysterious and serene underwater cavern.
This cavern represents the deepest parts of your mind.
The most profound insights and wisdom reside here.
Take a moment to explore this sacred space,
Feeling the incredible sense of peace and tranquility.
