You're here with Katrina and this meditation is called Powerful Affirmations for Healing.
This meditation is perfect for you if you're on your healing journey and looking at healing either your physical body,
Your mind,
Or you're working with healing and releasing old emotions.
So just taking a moment to get nice and comfortable.
And today for you,
This might mean lying down,
Or it might mean coming into a seated position.
Just check in with your body and notice what feels best for you in this moment.
Letting your eyes close,
Inhaling,
Taking a nice long deep breath in,
Breathing in through the nose if you can,
And as you exhale,
Opening the mouth and releasing your breath.
Just letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go here.
And just silently repeating after me,
These powerful affirmations for healing your body and your mind.
And you can say them here in this meditation,
Or you can listen to me saying them.
Both will work really well to support you on your healing journey.
And what I'd also recommend is that you use these affirmations at different times in the day.
You can just recall them.
And as you do so,
Just silently repeat them to yourself.
A few times or even 10 or 20 or more times as feels right for you.
The first powerful affirmation for healing is,
I am on my healing journey.
I am on my healing journey and I am healing.
I am healing my body and I am healing my mind.
Inhaling,
Taking a nice long deep breath in and really letting this healing energy infuse every single cell in your body.
Infuse every single cell in your mind.

My mind is healing.
And we're just going to have a few breaths of quiet time where you can just silently say this affirmation to yourself,
Or you can just breathe in this beautiful healing vibration that this meditation is infused with.

This vibration into each and every single one of the trillions of cells in your body.

Inhaling,

And as you exhale,
Just letting this love energy surround your body,
